917-930-2001. Dishonest unreliable scammers! They go by All in 1 moving services, FRIENDLY M0VERS!SALE 55/hour for Truck w 2men, Best movers and sometimes they don't have a name at all, but the number is always the same 917-930-2001. They advertise 55/hr for 2 men and a truck and no charge for stairs and free wrapping material etc but it's all a lie. The first thing they told me is that I would have to pay before they offloaded the truck. that should have raised some red flags but I needed to move and didn't want to waste time.When I made the appointment I told the person on the phone (Daniel) that I have a one bedroom with a queen sized bedroom set, sofa and love seat and about 20 boxes. He said ok and said he would send 2 men. When the guys got to my apt they said I have a lot of stuff and should have asked form 3 men, so I said well I gave a description of what I have and they recommended 2 men. He bickered and moaned and groaned and started to grab boxes. I left the apt to get them some water and when I came back one of the guys had gone in my freezer and eaten 2 of my freezer pops! I was like WTF?! You don't just go into someone's fridge and take their stuff! Also I had a kitkat bar that a friend gave me from Poland and the mover ate that too. I was so pissed that I wanted to tell them to leave all my shit alone and get out but I had to move.Well the 2 guys took 5 hours to load the truck! A job that should have taken no more 2-3 hours! Then they left to go to the new address which is 7 miles away and took another hour to get there! Well when they got to my new place, they said I had to pay and the bill was $536!!!!!! I was like WTF?!!!! They said well it was $55/hour and they have been working for over 5hrs so they charged me for 7hrs and then gas was $40, then stairs was $10 and the boxes were heavy so they charged $40 for heavy boxes and they charged another $20 for the tape they used!I could not believe it. I had moved 2 years ago with the same furniture etc. and was only charged $280. At this point I was so tired and upset that I just wanted to get rid of the crooks. After all this, they had the nerve to ask for a tip! SMH!!!Just beware of this 'Company' and look out for the phone number 917-930-2001.

I hired All in One (AIO) Moving for our move from New York City to Chicago IL and I had a great experience with the sales guy Jay. From there, it became a disaster. They charged for moving pads which were supposed to be included, arrived 3 hours late, original quote did not include tolls, so the total was was different than original quote, then the large men pressured us to give them 25%+ tip "or else". Then he made me fill out a customer satisfaction survey and what to write as he stood over me, I couldn't be honest on it! During delivery I had pre-paid for an extra flight of stairs $75 (one flight free) and when they showed up they said $150 extra for stairs and the first flight free included the 2 stairs going into the home. Said they would not open or unload the truck until we paid. I paid then called the manager Warren or Owen (heavy accent) and he said he'd send me a check, which I have NOT received. It's been 2 weeks. Finally, we were missing a box which happened to have about $400+ worth of change. I guess we shouldn't have packed it, but we were running out of time. But still, these guys are crooks and I'd like everyone to be warned.
