Great company Jean was incredibly helpful and professional. Very honest and hard working individuals I would highly recommend.

The movers were very nice and fast, but they were THREE HOURS LATE! When I made the reservation I explained it had to be a morning move, since we had important meetings in the afternoon. However, the movers finally arrived at noon, forcing me to miss everything I had planned. I only live a 1.5 hour drive tops from their location, so there is really no excuse for this type of lateness. Like other movers, they charge for absolutely everything - even the use of blankets to cover your things. And they pushed the up-sell, forcing us to use four movers when we barely had enough stuff to warrant three. I wouldn't use this company again, although I suppose if they hadn't been three hours late I might have - everything else was just OK.

A One Van Lines is a very dishonest company and will attempt to bully you. Upon reading my initial Yelp review of their company, I received a phone call from Joseph telling me how displeased he was with my review. He continued to tell me that I should accept a nominal settlement of $550 for a lost mattress valued at $699,99, a damaged wood storage chest, and a damaged wheel of a Scott road bike. Despite me emphatically telling him I was not agreeing to the amount of $550, he told me the company was being very generous and if I did not accept it, they would probably give me no reimbursement. Again, I emphatically denied to agree to $550. I informed him that I would consult my lawyer and the only avenue I was open to was further discussion on the appropriate reimbursement for my lost and damaged items. I also informed the claims department, through E-mail, to not contact me directly any longer and to work through my attorney. Last week, I received and E-mail from Joanne indicating that I needed to sign a release and the $550 reimbursement I agreed would be sent to me. I have forwarded that to my attorney. Joanne claims that I did agree to the $550 verbally. I did no such thing. It has been since June 4th that I do not have a mattress to sleep on, a properly repaired bicycle and still have a damaged piece of furniture...
