These guys were great. Highly professional, prices very reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. The next time I need to move I'm definitely giving them a call.

I used them in the past with good results as my old review stated, this time was very different This seems to now be just Roy who totally screwed me and when i say screwed I mean bad.I called Roy of heftymovers.com a few weeks before to  schedule and was set up for 3/29 in the morning, on 3/28 I get a call saying they wont make it as planned and Roy said he would find someone else to cover after a bunch of phone calls and major panic attacks. For whatever reason I'm now stuck moving with some other company he set up late in the day. So now im moving like a robber in the night, the movers finally get there around 5:30 pm not ideal by any means, we finally get the truck packed and underway on the 1.2 mile move.These guys he stuck me with make no arrangements for traffic control on this narrow street not a cone nothing. I had a spot for them and for whatever reason they didnt believe they could fit there, EVERYONE there said they could have easily but they blocked the street instead. So the cops get called since they are illegally blocking the street and moving us in at almost 11pm.Barely anything was moved in so we are now shut down from moving in. We are stuck with no bed, no clothes, no anything. So what to do aside from run to walmart and buy something to sleep on and clothes to wear for when they get back. Sleeping bags it is...not loling.The next day comes and the nightmare picks right up where it left off the guys sent had no clue, im sorry but logistics is not my business and this is why I hired someone and didn't move myself. The job of moving and figuring out how to move stuff is theirs, I still dont understand how it became my job to tell them how to maneuver things up the stairs. The end result is our couch got wrecked, covered in paint from being pulled through a  doorway and the arms are ripped, so basically its now junk. In the end I stiffed him, thankfully I'm now only out the small deposit I gave him and our couch which was barely used and like new. I am currently in the process of fighting for my full deposit back from PayPal and he is making wild accusations and this will probably land in court and Im also going to report him to the BBB for good measure. Plain and simple even Roys "partner" Sha said he and Roy barely talk anymore, he is a liar and is just mad he wasnt able to screw me and get away with it. He took this job seemingly with no intention or way to complete it himself and outsourced it.There was no suggestion at all, ever, to change days as Roy states, it wasnt even put out there as an option or we wouldve taken a daytime Sunday move, just constant promises of "Ill make it right" as more and more went wrong. Roy keeps screaming about illegal yet the only police involvement was for the clowns he hired blocking streets and moving at 11pm. He didnt get paid because items were damaged that far exceeded the cost of the move and nothing was done in the manner it was supposed to be as agreed upon almost a month before. He did not pay for anything, he expected me to pay the difference and then he would "take care of it", by the way he handled our move at that point I wasnt trusting him at all. He outright admits that with less than 18 hours he left me with no choice but to use some clowns who destroyed our stuff, and then wanted to charge me way more that was agreed on. Avoid this guy at all costs.and the reason this guy won Paypal is they do not cover intangible services and no other reason."After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time.The item is ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection because it is intangible."
