By far the best moving experience I have ever had! (And I have moved a lot!!!) Living in a very busy-city-area of the Bronx, I was incredibly nervous about the move. Not to mention, living in a three floor walk up.... I was worried about my stuff getting damaged, and  how hard it would be to move everything out and into a truck.. I mean.. where would they park?? But these guys had it all figured out! The night before they came by and blocked off a corner of my side street closest to the building entrance so they would have no problem. They were so prepared! The team called me in advance to let me know they were on there way, and confirmed the address with me. They brought three guys (who were the nicest movers I have ever met.) I know personality doesn't really matter to some.. but to me, knowing these guys were gentlemen, I had a little more confidence that they would move all of my things with care and not roughly pack everything up and ship it off. Not to mention, these guys were FASTTT!!! They came in, listened to me explain what was heavy and what wasn't... and what of my things was "valuable" and needed extra care. The company books you for a "flat rate" which is an exact cost based on your online Q&A  of how much stuff you need to move -- which is calculated with an estimated amount of time it will take.. The time they booked was WAY more than enough ... 6-8 hours or so was the estimate they gave me, but the move was SOOOO fast. SERIOUSLY. They arrived 15 minutes early.. and in about 2 or three hours I was all settled into my new place. The furniture was broken down carefully, and they reassembled everything in the new place... They brought tons of equipment and tools to carefully rap the large framed pictures and televisions I had ... In addition, when they brought everything to the new place, they asked me "where does this go?" "where do you want this?" They were so kind, so fast, and left me feeling: "My new life in my new place is starting off on a great foot!" The one thing I would mention is that even though they give you an "exact quote" based on your questionnaire, they do in fact charge you a small commission percentage on top of that once the move actually happens. Just take that into consideration when budgeting for your move. And also their tip.. The commission rate is not enough for how amazing these guys were.

They moved a piano from CT and Westchester and it was smooth, on time and friendly.  Would recommend them for similar services.

LIAR LIAR LIAR!!THIS IS A NEW REVIEW FROM LISA J...See below with the five stars.I AM SHOCKED.  HE CAN ONLY BE BI POLAR OR A TOTAL SCAMMER!!!  DO NOT BELIEVE HIS SWEET LIES.  TOTAL ASS.I am afraid I wish I could retract THE STELLAR REVIEW I GAVE.  ...The first two-three moves were great.  The last!!!The custom credenza arrived smashed (not his fault) he kindly offered to send it to his 'guy' to fix it - quoted approx 600.  This fiasco lasted 6 weeks with excuses beyond the beyond including the repair guy was off the raiL AND THE PRICE DOUBLED. I WAS CHARGED 1200  Finally, get it fixed..In moving it, he rips the top off.  Scramble scramble -Another three months..When delivering it again, he takes the doors off AND CANNOT GET THEM ON AGAIN!! Promises to return - NEVER DOES! Stops communicating with me except the TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL reply of 'WHO IS THIS?' and little frowning emoticons.

Great service, both on the phone and day of the move. Gave me the lowest quote out of the handful of moving companies I called, just note that they automatically throw in 15% gratuity onto your bill. The movers called me in the morning to say they might be 15-20 minutes late, but were actually not late at all. They were very efficient in moving my things out and into their van, and got to my destination 3 hours later, right on time. Very smooth move, and I would use them again!

Absolutely insane! If you want to deal with a typical Italian jersey idiot....this is the place to come! Rude, mouthy,  threatening you after half your life is loaded on a truck, farthest thing from one rate and check your trash bins as his immigrant workers do not understand English and throw your stuff in the garbage instead of the truck! And bo exaggeration when i say "throw"! I would bet they are illegals picked up at a corner.  You get what you pay for people! We also had to call the cops as our stuff was loaded into some illegally run companies warehouse and it all sat there well beyond our delivery date with no word from the infamous "Vince " about the situation as we rushed cross country to make it in time for nothing.  He will be rude, take your down payment and immediately go on vacation and ignore your calls.    Not to mention leave half your belongings behind and still charge you since they we're on the  contract. They are not in control of your unloaders if you leave state. But he will charge you a high gratuity fee for workers who do not receive those extra funds!These other highly rated posts are bogus reviews! Be smart people! He's a game player that thinks his gift to gab doesn't make him sound like an uneducated scam artist!  Total sham and feds are on his ass after this fiasco.  His game is over and he deserves to be shut down. Google his address and go there!  Its not legit! Call  consumer affairs! They will explain our risks with this company.  If only i did my research instead of trusting a typical jerk guido!
