This company is horrible and unprofessional.  It took three guys 7 hours to move me from a 1 bedroom apt with a large service elevator to my new place 2 miles away, which is on the first floor of the building.  Their estimate over the phone was 3-4 hours, which is totally reasonable for a move this size.  The guys seemed unwilling to take anything OFF a dolly once it was put on, so instead of fully loading up the service elevator each time, they just put 3 dollies' worth of stuff in there and took it down and stood by the truck with the stuff on the dollies until the stuff was put in the truck.  Since there was a space problem in the truck (see below) it took them forever to figure out how to situate everything.  So, each time they went down to the truck, they were gone for ten or fifteen minutes.  I could tell when they arrived that the truck (which was completely tagged with gang symbols) was too small.  The lead guy said it was no problem and that if they ran out of room, they could send for another truck, which would arrive in 10 minutes.  True, but when we ran out of space, what arrived was a minivan, which was NOT going to fit all the remaining stuff.  In the end, I had to call my brother to come with his pickup truck and even then the minivan had to make two trips back and forth.  When they were unloading into the new space, I guess the guys couldn't read, so they waited at the door with each box (carefully marked Kitchen, Office, Bedroom, etc.) for me to tell them where to put it. No matter how many times I showed them that they were all marked and told them which room was which, they couldn't figure it out.  If they were carrying two boxes stacked on each other, both boxes went to the same room, since I could only read the top of the top box.  They punched a hole through a door and didn't tell me.  Gouged a chunk out of a bookcase and didn't tell me.  And so on, and so on.  I paid them for six hours of work and did not tip.  I probably should have paid less, but I just wanted them out of my life, so I gave them all the money I had taken out and sent them away.  They did not have anything to be able to give me a receipt.  The guy took my e-mail address and said his boss would send one.  But, there is no answer at the number and my messages have gone unanswered.  Do not use this company.

BEWARE!!!!! This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with.  They simply DID NOT SHOW UP.  After receiving multiple confirmations from them over a 4 week period both via phone and email (the last one an hour before they were scheduled to come), these guys simply stood us up - left us with all our furniture and belongings packed up and the new tenants waiting to move in at our door.  When we frantically tried to reach them, at first they answered the phone and told us they were running an hour late, but as that hour passed, they have just stopped answering the phone.  And no, they did not get in a car accident, nor were they kidnapped by aliens, as the next morning when we called from a different phone number, they cheerfully answered and expressed their readiness to take an order.  A real NIGHTMARE experience I would not wish on anybody.

Absolute WORST moving company I have ever come into contact with.  They are unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest.  I booked my appointment a month in advance, had confirmation in writing via mulitple emails, and confirmed with them via telephone 2 days prior to the move.  I spoke with them on the phone twice on the day of my move (I called them to determine what their estimated time of arrival was) and was told that they were "stuck in traffic" and would be about an hour late.  Needless to say, they never showed up, and proceeded to ignore and reject our phone calls for the rest of the evening.  I called them (at the same phone number) the morning after the scheduled move (after I spent hours dragging my own stuff into the only Uhaul available in the city of Chicago), and they picked up the phone and claimed that I may have the wrong moving company and that they had no recollection of my name or appointment.  THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. They also stood a friend of mine up in a very similar situation 4 days prior to my scheduled appointment.  Do not ever use them!!!!
