I informed the company that I was paying in cash. The movers all saw that I was wearing a backpack. I think that he (Thomas) or they thought the cash was in the backpack. He didn't find the money, but he did find my Beats wireless headset. I had my headset in my backpack and when I went to get my headset out of my pack they were gone! I told Thomas, the mover that they were missing, and he stated he would go to look for them in the truck. He went down to the truck and came back with the headset. However, there was no way the headset could have been in the truck because I carried them in my backpack with me and never packed them for the move!  Later my new apartment keys went missing! I placed my apartment keys down next to three items that I was going to bring upstairs after I opened the door for them to place the armoire (that they broke off two of the legs!) in storage. I knew excitly where I placed the keys. I had to keep asking them for the keys. I explained that someone had the keys because we used them to open the door. After must insisting the same move, Thomas went into the basement and told me he found them on the table. But that was true. I placed them on the ledge with three small items I was bringing upstairs. I now feel unsafe in my new apartment, because he was trying to steal the keys to come back and rob my home. Or who knows what else. I told all of this to Alex and Johnny. No one seemed unfazed. Nor did they ask me to talk to their boss or the owner of the company. Also, to all of that. The movers broke two legs off my armoire. Damaged my buffet and a table. The floor was scratched in three places that I have seen now, but I don't have everything unpack, and I haven't assessed all my furniture. I had my stopwatch running, and the move took five hours and 39 minutes.I was quoted a price near $770 and paid $867.  I'm reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office and consult an attorney!

Rogers moving company is a company I will use again. I will definitely recommend this moving company. The young men made me feel very proud to employ them. They were very professional, with no cussing, slacking off the work, no derogatory remarks, or anything that would leave a bad taste in my mouth. They handled my belongings as if they were handling their own. Nothing broken and they had lots of patience.

Sorry for the SUPER late review. I had three movers for my move (Johnny, George, and Ricky). They were the BEST. They were on time (actually early which was good for me) and professional. They called me about 30 minutes before my scheduled move time and asked if they could be there earlier. They managed to get everything in their truck in a very quick amount of time and safely. The whole experience was phenomenal and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks a ton guys!

Zach, brian, darin did a great job.  Good truck, equipment, work ethic, got a large one bed done in 2.5 hours(15 min between places) and assisted with some things that were not their responsibility. I will use their service and ask for this team specifically again if they are there when i move. Really cannot say anything I would have had done different and I am a tough sell, in fact, they were early to appointment and got an impossible couch out of a narrow door and hallway.  Thanks guys, above and beyond.
