Olympia Moving did a good job for my short-distance move for my piano, couch and TV sets Sunday evening. They communicated well (by the operator and the movers) and arrived on time. Heavy upright piano to the second floor is the hardest task, but completed within the time frame with no problem.Recommended!

Oh oh ohhh, where to start-1.Was called on the day of my move and was told they had too many call offs and asked if I could move another day. Unacceptable to even call and ask me that. I had two elevator reservations at both my old and new place that I already secured times for. Received a call back saying it's fine they can move me...2. The movers took my cords off my tv and of course managed to not give them to me. So I have $600 tv that I couldn't use. Now I'm out $45 for new cords.3. Took cash out to tip the movers. Had a witness that confirmed I put it in my wallet after taking the money out from the ATM. Magically the money out of my wallet disappeared when I accidentally left my purse and wallet on the counter when I went downstairs to check in with the front desk. WORST experience I've dealt with in awhile. Great job at hiring thieves to work for your company. I would highly recommend not using this company if you want TRUSTWORTHY people dealing with your stuff.

tldr: Olympia showed up 10 hrs late to an address miles away from my apartment, billed me for their mistake, and broke my stuff. Stay away. Had a terrible experience moving with Olympia. I needed to store my belongings for a week, so I did a 2 part move. Moving out of my old place was fine. That's the last remotely positive thing I can say about Olympia. Here's what happened:My move was scheduled for noon on a Sunday. The movers did not arrive until 10pm. My move wasn't finished until midnight. I needed to be up for work at 4am. It gets worse. Due to a typo by Olympia, the movers went to the wrong address 6000 blocks away. It took them 30 minutes to arrive at the correct address from there, and they insisted on billing me for that time. But wait, there's more. Movers damaged nearly every piece of furniture I had. Dresser is unusable, many other pieces of furniture are usable but clearly damaged. But the damaged pieces are made of Ikea particle board, and I was told that particle board would not be covered by their insurance. This furniture has survived 5 moves and was in great condition before this move. Most importantly:I don't blame the movers, i.e., the employees Olympia obviously holds in low regard. The poor guys had done 3 other moves that day, were visibly tired, and had to be back at the dock the next day. Olympia messed up scheduling that day. My point: this wasn't an issue of bad luck with the movers they assigned me. This is systematic. Olympia overscheduled their movers and profited while their employees were overworked and customers were scammed. Assume it will happen to you too and call another mover now.
