Easily one of the most frustrating experiences in customer service. I called the number provided online and spoke with a very helpful woman over the phone to reserve a storage unit and was delighted to learn that they would pro-rate the cost of the rental since I didn't need the unit for the month. I double-checked their hours of operation with her and arrive the next day to find that the operating hours are not what she or the website told me.The gentleman that assisted me opened up shop late and, too my horror, I find that they reserved a unit for me in downtown, not at Midway Airport. It turns that the phone number provided online is a general phone number, not location-specific... I have to now rental a larger, more expensive unit and they do not pro-rate the cost as I was told on the phone. The gentleman was patient but appeared to be similarly frustrated and I apologized to him for my frustration but explained that this is far from good customer service.Regardless, I picked up my unit and was told to call their office and leave a voicemail when I moved out.. I called the number provided and a woman picked up. She seemed surprised that I would call to notify that I was moving out and just told me to call back during operating hours.  I called back during operating hours and was helped and told they'd call the office for me to confirm I'm moved out. A few minutes later I get a call about my unit from one of the locations and am told I need to call a different number... You get the picture.The storage unit is fine but the customer service, run-around and obvious breakdowns in communication regarding location reservation, who to contact and rates left a lot to be desired.

The Manager to there office Mary was very rude and disrespectful. She used profanity because she was upset about a situation she had no acknowledgement of. She put unknown fees on my account and now I currently plan on filing a civil lawsuit against the company.
