I found these guys off Craigslist ("Expedited and Hot Shot loads when available, pick up / drop off (Expedited Express!") as I needed a cabinet+hutch delivered ASAP that I purchased from eBay.  The polite dispatch team said they could pick it up for me the same day I called -  awesome!  After I provided payment over the phone, I hung up and realized I didn't due any research on this company, and got VERY nervous I was going to get scammed.  I found the 1 star reviews and freaked!   I called the dispatcher and she assured me my delivery team was en route.  Alas, my furniture arrived as expected by two courteous and careful delivery guys.  Phew!  I am a happy camper.P.S.  I can't confirm this is Juliano Movers, as they didn't give themselves a name.  But from their phone number 7737705865, I found this review chain.  Also, I found this website that is tied to the phone number: junknjunk.com

Total thieves.  Took our $180 deposit and never showed up.  Kept saying they got held up at some other job.  We said fine, just give us our money back.  Julian said he would, but he didn't.  I called a week later, same thing.  Then another week.  He and his "staff" all kept saying how unprofessional it was and what an oversight and they were so sorry, but it became clear they were all on the same page all along. They had no intention of refunding us. Unsponsored and unsolicited plug: because these clowns stranded us, we got another mover, Precious Cargo, at the last minute.  Julio the owner (definitely NOT the Julian that owns Juliano Movers) showed up and was great.  Hard-working, professional, funny, inexpensive, and most of all, honest.  He did exactly what he said he would.  He did it on-time, with a smile, and with one's day notice.  I don't know Julio other than the one day he moved our stuff and I'm not in any way getting compensated for this endorsement, but I know how hard dealing with movers can be (especially with scum like Juliano Movers out there), so I'd like everyone to be aware of Precious Cargo.  Really great.  I only wish I'd found them before I gave my money to Julian (and Ann and Brittany and everyone else in that circle of thieves).

If you are looking for the owner's name.. It's Anouk Bell. He also goes by Julian Bell. Several complaints have been filed against him and his fraudulent moving companies. Muscle Movers, Juliano Movers are just a couple of their known aliases and they primarily advertise on Craigslist. Tina Burgess (217) 782-6448 in the ICC (Illinois Commerce Commission) may be able to assist those who have been victimized by this fraudulent company tburgess@icc.illinois.gov.  One known address for Julian (Anouk) is 12006 S. Spaulding School Drive, Suite 104, Plainfield, IL. You may also consider suing in court prosay (without an attorney) in effort to try to get your money back.

Just wanted to say I used these guys to move some expensive sculpture and mid century furniture...they were great...men of their words, careful,really professional and fairly priced..a good new firm worth giving a chance. Ryan and his crew were superstars..thank you..
