This "company" moved me from Chicago to Portland - and when I tell you it was the worst experience in move history I am not underselling my emotions.  #1 the movers were less than professional and a bit scary #2 They were careless with my personal effects #3 They take forever to respond to a question #4 they stole my TV's (they did not make it to Portland) #6 they dropped my entire life off at a storage location different than the one that was designated.  The driver said no one was at the location stated therefore he found one that was "open" and left my stuff there.  The problem?? Try to convince the storage people its your stuff without any paper work.  That literally took 2 months to handle.  It was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Whatever you do - avoid them at all cost.

Working with this company was the worst experience of my life. do not hire any company by the name of JET BLUE VAN LINES, BLUE LINE VAN LINES, UBER SHIPPING or DDT TRANSPORT LLC  these are all the same company.Do not believe any reviews that you read on other sites. Every day the company generates 5-star reviews that are false.initial quote by phone: a quote for the price of moving our possessions was completed by phone based on the questions asked by the sales rep. and an initial document was presented at $1,700. Then the representative asked if we would like to pay an extra $300 for expedited shipping, which we accepted. However no note was made in the contract and ultimately delivery was not expedited. before our move: the company called us trying to charge us an extra $100 for using the elevator, although the contract stated plainly that there was no fee to elevators. The sales rep. responded with, "I probably would have waived the fee anyway."the day of the move: the movers arrived and stated that they would have to charge us an extra $1000 for the amount of stuff that we had even though the estimate that was given was based on the questions asked by the sales rep. It was not our fault that he did not accurately estimate the cubic feet to be shipped. The movers were very rude. They yelled at us, insulted our neighbors, damaged our apartment and failed to complete an accurate inventory of our belongings. during the move: we called every number provided by the company, spent countless hours on hold, and were provided with false information about the whereabouts of our possessions for the entire 12 days before our delivery.delivery: the movers notified us that since they could not fit an 18-wheeler into Boston they would have to park outside of the city and rent a u-hual. They charged us an extra $350 for this service which was not stated in the contract. Once again, the movers (different ones that those in Chicago) were extremely rude to the the management office,  maintenance staff, and other tenants in our apartment building. They were even fighting amongst themselves.every item of furniture was gouged, cracked, or outright broken beyond repair.  the boxes were all so crushed and damaged that it looked like they had been stacked under furniture. An Xbox was stolen.the company's claims office has completely dismissed our complaints.NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW! you would be better off carrying your possessions on your back than working with this company

This company is THE WORST. It sickens me to even have to give them a 1. Do not hire any company by the name of JET BLUE VAN LINES, BLUE LINE VAN LINES, UBER SHIPPING or DDT TRANSPORT LLC  these are all the same company.I researched and researched and researched  for our move from Chicago, IL to Huntington Beach, CA, and these guys were the best of the bunch as far as the BBB and yelp and movers.com and other reviews. They must be false reviews.  When they picked up my stuff they demanded another 700 bucks saying I had more stuff than I claimed even though I had a guy come TO the house to do an estimate of the stuff. I paid another 200 and they took all my stuff--to, what seems by the condition of my things, to be an outdoor storage area. Once we found a place, I called them to arrange the drop off of our things, so, of course, I didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks because these people NEVER RETURN A PHONE CALL. Then I get the glorious call--they're bringing our things!! at 7am, so when they showed up at 3pm, I was relieved that they were there at all. They came in a GIANT semi that of course couldn't fit into a parking lot, so they demanded more money because they were going to have to park in the street --let me remind you--because THEY brought a GIANT semi. They refused to open the truck until I paid the balance that we determined both after the pick up (so as not to have another conversation like the one I had when they picked up the stuff) and on the phone the night before (so I could have the money order ready). I paid the balance, they opened the truck then refused to give me a copy of the signed contract that read balance paid in full then threatened to come after me for more money later. I said I'm going to need a copy of that before you leave. He snatched it away from me then said, "Call the cops," so I did. I got a copy of the signed contract. After I called the cops, sure they started unloading the truck--they dumped all our stuff into the parking lot then took off. Lessons learned: Just sell your stuff, and don't pay the movers until your stuff is in your apartment.

Asked for a quote, now the company will not stop calling multiple times daily. Have called them daily to be removed, however the response is either "We'll remove you" or outright rude and abusive. Do not give these people your information; you will be continuously harassed.
