The movers I had scheduled for yesterday morning (Collins Family Movers) never showed up (didn't call, didn't respond to my calls and text) so in a panic I called iPack Chicago (found them on Craigslist and took a chance).  They came in the afternoon and moved our stuff quickly, worked hard and were very nice.  They were careful and very reasonably priced!  I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!!

FIRST I want to say I'm giving them a 1 star to be nice. The day of my move I call them 45 minutes  after the scheduled time because  I have not heard from them, and say they can't make it. SECOND OFF- WHY I'm I calling you?? You should be calling me????? They give me another number of movers who "specialize" in last minute moves.... the number was disconnected. I had to move out that day and had no where to go. It was absolutely horrible. NEVER trust these guys, I repeat, NEVER. I had to be out a specific day and they made it an absolute nightmare, horrible company and clearly they do not care about their customers. DO NOT hire under any circumstances they do not care about you.

The movers did not show up. Was notified over an hour and a half after their scheduled start time that they wouldn't be coming leaving me high and dry. Do not use them unless you want the same

I took a chance and looked on Craigslist for reasonably  priced movers in Chicago. I'm glad I did! When I called, they responded within the hour. Moving DayOn the day of the move they arrived a little earlier than scheduled and were ready to work! I thought the early arrival was a plus. Garig and the team carefully wrapped and padded my things, strapped them down and asked if I had a preferred route to my new place. This move took a total of 2.5 hours! Moves like this are rare!Once the move was over, they let me check the truck (like most moving companies).Extra added flare... You can text to confirm I would give more stars if I could!!

Do not use this company. Will leave you high and dry.  I hired them 4 days before my scheduled date and I contacted the owner Garig the night before to confirm the movers were still coming which he said everything was set. The day of my move I decided to call and find out how close they were.  Garig did not answer the phone or respond to my text messages. I called back 30 minutes later for him to finally tell me he had to cancel because his movers called off. I had to be the phone to call and find out. It's so crazy how I saw a post on their Facebook page where he did this to another person. I wish I saw this beforehand. I had to find another moving company who did move me the next day on Sunday but I had to go to work on Monday the next day so I had to take off because I was so tired after having to get everything situated in my new home.  I am writing this to inform other people so this doesn't happen to them. Please Beware
