I did not have a good experience with this company. I chose them because they were less expensive, but when all was said and done, it still cost about as much as the more expensive places I priced out. The pros:~ The movers were nice and attentive and very helpful. Both loading and unloading, they were good sports doing a hard job. The cons:~ The price. So, they ask you to estimate your belongings before you pack, which is almost impossible to do. So this "upfront" price you get grows as you pack and as you finalize what's going. It's not that they are being shady, it's that the way of doing it just doesn't make sense for the client. Or at least didn't for me. ~ The pickup. When you book, you get a two-day window of when they might come. For $200 extra, you can get a specific day, otherwise you have to just go by the whims of whatever is happening with them. This is INCREDIBLY inconvenient. I had to rearrange my house closing, rearrange my travel plans, rearrange help with other people. And because my price had continued to climb as I packed, I couldn't afford to pay the extra $200 for a firm day.  ~  The delivery. So, for whatever reason, you can't pay the balance of your bill with a credit card. You have to use a money order or cash. On top of it, you have no idea when your stuff will arrive--I was given a window of 2-15 business days. When they are going to drop off your things, they call you one day ahead. In my case, I got a call at 8:00 at night that my stuff would be there between 8-12 the next morning. Which meant I had to scramble to get the cash and money order in a tiny window of time. ~ And now we come to the worst part: My stuff. When the truck came, I saw as they opened the cab. It was stuffed to the gills and falling over. As they unloaded my boxes, almost all of them were crushed. I mean, almost all of them. And not just a little bit--crushed with the tape broken even. My plastic tubs were broken or smashed. And approximately 6 out of 11 furniture pieces were damaged, at least three of them beyond being able to use them again. Of course, on a cross country trip, things will happen. But this was across all my belongings, and one look in the van showed just how poorly my stuff and other people's stuff was treated. I'm in the process of making a claim and speaking with the company. I hope that experience is better than the whole of the move. But for now, I wholly suggest you pay more for a better experience.

I will echo the sentiments of the other reviewer: their services may be cheaper than most but you get what you pay for here. Completely unhelpful when it comes to planning pick up and delivery times. Once my belongings were picked up, I kept getting an obstinate "we can't possibly know" response when asking about delivery times. This is no way to run a business. I would recommend any other moving service.
