I used Flat Price to ship my 2011 Honda CRV from Chicago IL to the Los Angeles CA area. My experience was pretty uniformly positive. My main contact at the company was George, who seemed like a straight shooter and was easy to communicate with. There was a minor glitch with the pickup- the driver had trouble finding a spot where there was room for the truck/trailer- so I had to drive a bit farther than I'd have liked to deliver the car to him, but that wasn't a big deal, and the guy was so polite and easy to deal with, I can't complain. Also delivery in California was later in the evening than we'd planned, but considering traffic on the freeways, etc. out there, it was understandable. And the driver was able to negotiate a winding 2-lane road in a gated community right to our driveway, so I certainly had no complaints about that! The car arrived clean, without a scratch on it, and all-in-all my experience with Flat Price was excellent.

I was looking for a company to ship a car from Lisle, Il to Richmond, CA.  I found Flat Price on Yelp and sent them an email.Nikki responded really quickly by email and called me a short time later.  He was very informative about the process and everything he told me happened exactly the way he said it would.  He was very reassuring that they would get the car here in 5-7 days.  He is an asset to the company.The car was picked up on a Wednesday evening and arrived at my residence the following Monday afternoon.  It was in the same condition as when it left Illinois.The driver, Julia, was also very courteous and gave me a quick lesson on how to drive a Prius.  He called me on Sunday and told me he would be at my house between noon and 4 pm.  He called me on Monday at 3 pm and said he would be there in around 45 minutes.  35 minutes later he arrived.I would recommend this company to anyone who has moving needs.

Fast and trustable shipping you can use even to ship a maserati.Nikki was a grate guy this is really helpful and someone you can trust. he responded really quickly by email and called me a short time later.  He was very informative about the process and everything he told me happened exactly the way he said it would.
