The friendly office staff was very accommodating when I had to cancel less than 24 hours before my move (stupid mortgage company!) and was great when I called to reschedule the next week for last-minute moving.  Three guys and a large truck were courteous and did a thorough job of wrapping the small amount of furniture and things we had not already boxed.  The rates are quite good and they did not waste time.  We moved from a small 2 bedroom apartment to a nearby house in under two and a half hours (with a lot of prep beforehand by us) and the charge was for the minimum time (also 2.5 hours).  We would definitely use them again, although I hope not to ever move again.  Save your friends backs and hire these guys!

7-1-14 we had Done Rite move our belongings into storage for 6 months until our new house was built. They assured us that everything would be wrapped, protected and climate controlled. 12-23-14 the vans arrived with over $6000 worth of damage to our furniture and belongings, much of which was missing and broken. READ THE FINE PRINT on the insurance, because they pay $.60 on the pound. WORTHLESS!!! They even broke in half a brand new Kirby Vacuum cleaner, lost a buffet table to the dining room set, broke the leg off our coffee table, and all 5 pieces of leather furniture were damaged(ripped). We went round and round with these folks for months and never got a dime from them. Please do NOT hire Done Rite Movers, they are the absolute worst option for your move! I can't say enough bad things about this company...Surprised they are still in business!!!

I used this company ages ago, but now that I am moving again, I remember clearly how HORRIBLE this company was and I am still pissed.  Don't be fooled...they were great on the phone...sure, super nice,  great estimate.  They even arrived on time.  This was the last of any good feelings I had.  Mid-move, I am told that I have to pay "extra" to wrap my tv and furniture in pads or blankets.  Otherwise, they would just load it on without any protection and they would not be liable.  This seemed a bit unethical to me b/c if this is a legitimate charge, shouldn't the sales guy have told me about this instead of surprising me after half my stuff is on the truck.  I of course paid for the padding and watched as they haphazardly packed my furniture.  So, literally 10 minutes after they leave, I call the sales office b/c despite the padding, I feel really concerned for my possessions and decide I want the insurance.  Well, they refused to sell it to me even tho' they just left my place.  Well, when I got my stuff in Los Angeles, I discovered fragile means nothing, furniture had scratches, and my brand new sony component never made the trip.  btw, when I called about my items, they mumbled something about "it happens" and they were going to call me back and that's something that never happened.  A simple warming...if most of your stuff isn't from IKEA, get the insurance. Either they will have to do a better job or they will have to pay to get your stuff fixed/replaced.
