If I could rate this company any lower than a star and give them a RED X for failure at basic service, basic care, basic business practices, and basic competency in their field of business.  It is akin to letting a troop of carneys into your home to fondle and break your belongings.  Do not use them.

Absolutely the worst! I have moved over a dozen times in my adult life, many cities and states, as well as internationally. Crown Relocations caused over $12,000 in damages based on the incompetent handling of the move and goods.  Additionally, their international advice was worthless. I had to figure out on my own what correct customs forms I needed to fill out for my motorcycle to be properly admitted to the United States after they told me it couldn't be imported. They claim to be experts but are only experts at saying "it can't be done" and super experts at damaging your property. Keep looking, they only want your money.

Crown Relocation was recommended to me by the realtor who I bought my condo from (the seller's realtor).  They were the worst.  They were completely unprofessional and I felt so ripped off by the time the whole ordeal was over.  First of all, they showed up in a truck with a piece of paper taped to the side with the name of the moving company, should've been my first signal to get out ASAP.  I could barely understand the "foreman" because he mumbled so much, and he actually sat on the floor in my apartment the entire time my move was taking place, and wrote down the inventory of my apartment.  Yes, I understand that this is necessary because my things were going into storage, but there is no way it should've taken him 3 hours to do it.  The best part of my move was the couch, ohhhhh the couch.  While I was keeping an eye on the guy on my floor, I noticed that the other 2 movers hadn't come up from taking the couch down, so I went to see what the problem was.  Upon entering the stairwell, I found the 2 men starring at my couch in awe, which was shoved (and completely stuck) between the top stairs and the bottom stairs.  I asked what the problem was, and they said, oh we just need to use the other stairwell.  20 minutes later, I went back out there, to the other stairwell and the couch was stuck in the exact same position, only this time it had huge holes in all over the couch from them trying to shove it down the stairs.  There was one huge rip on the back of the couch, and there are 4 lovely matching holes on each corner of the front of the couch.  After another 40 minutes of trying to get the couch down, they decided it was a wrap, and the couch was not coming down the stairs.  So, my new couch, now with holes all over it, was going to be put back in the apartment (the apartment a new girl was moving into in 2 hours).  The entire time I just kept saying, hello, someone got it up these stairs, so it can't be that hard to get it down.  I called the moving company phone number to talk to someone, who subsequently made up some fantastic excuses, but my favorite was "they must've rebuilt the stairwell since you moved in".  So it was finally decided (after my suggestion), that they would come back the next day and lower the couch over the neighbor's balcony.  On their way out, with my couch still in my apartment, the foreman had the nerve to mumble "what no tip".  He had successfully taken 3.5 hours to move a studio, ripped numerous holes in my couch, and left a couch in the actual apartment, and then asked me for a tip.  I laughed in his face. This move took place over 4 months ago, and I'm still waiting to hear back about my "claim".  I've called about 20 times, and never received a call back.  Sometimes the secretary answers and says someone will call me back, sometimes she answers and tells me I have the wrong number and hangs up immediately, and sometimes she just doesn't answer.
