Are they a new company or something?? Their website says they've been around for 18 years but there are no Yelp reviews which makes it so fishy. When I called their provided number the automated voice said that I'd called Majestic Movers, which given that company's terrible reviews, makes a lot of sense. Worst service I've had to experience in my life. They straight up lie to you about everything. And I say absolutely everything. I don't know who these people hire but they're absolutely horrific at their jobs. They told me at first that I don't have to worry about how many boxes there are exactly, because there's room in the truck for extras if there ended up being more than I'd originally estimated. That was a lie and I was charged $100 for having more boxes than I'd initially reported. I would've reported the exact number of boxes I had if they hadn't told me that it didn't matter! Then it took more than a week for the delivery to arrive, and the entire time I wasn't able to even speak to a real person about where my stuff was. Their customer service is completely automated, and if you do get a real number it goes to voicemail 99% of the time. The one time I reached a real person, he told me he'd call me back. He never called me back. Another lie. All of the movers that they hire don't seem to know any English, which is so frustrating when you're trying to communicate very important information, like giving them directions or trying to ask questions. I told the movers to go through the back door because the front was too narrow, but they ended up disassembling my furniture. I don't even know why. I'm not upset that they disassembled my furniture--I just didn't know what was going on the entire time they were there because they couldn't answer any of my questions. Maybe they understood what I was asking, but they didn't have the fluency to explain. I don't think I'm out of my mind to expect the people handling my possessions to be able to speak at least basic English. They just wanted to get the job done and didnt care about being careful with my things. They dropped off my stuff and refused to move my furniture for me. Even when I asked them to arrange the heavy dresser and bed a certain way, they didn't even want to listen to me. I was trying and trying to voice my concerns the whole time they were moving and they just ignored me. I spent the rest of the night pushing my furniture by myself because they left as fast as they could. Speaking of furniture, they absolutely wrecked my desk, broke my wine bottles, and smashed my microwave. The damage is ridiculous. How do you smash a microwave? Also my furniture was filthy, my bed was caked with mud and I had to wipe down everything I owned because it was grimy and disgusting. I'm going to file a complaint, but I doubt it'll get anywhere because they're a terrible company that could care less about their customers.
