It's called Anywhere Moving and Storage because your stuff can literally end up anywhere. A lot of my stuff never arrived. I used them for my move from Chicago to New York, with a year of storage -- only to find out they lost a third of my boxes, including ALL the hardware for my $1800 platform bed and the $350 leaning bookshelf, not to mention, my patio furniture, a few boxes of irreplaceable items (two boxes of author-signed hardcover books and a full box of designer purses) and scratched up the wine chiller, losing some of the slats. The shipment I received was a holy mess and the driver, Mike, did apologize because even he could see the bed was missing key structural pieces. When he tried to charge me extra for "Stairs" -- a dollar per step over 75, he took out the measuring device that is supposed to count the steps but one of the wheels fell off and he had the sense to feel ashamed to waive it. He later found one of the structural pieces to my leaning shelf and we had to drive 40 miles to Jersey with $50 in gas/tolls to get it. Of course, Joanna, the rep stopped answering my calls and emails after I  contacted them about missing and damaged items.  They continue to insist that I pay a shuttle fee based on the full container amount in CASH, when it was obvious they'd lost a third of my stuff, before the shipment even came of the truck so I didnt know till it was too late.The best part is that they left me a box of someone's else's things and took a month to email me the shipping label. I insisted they come get it since I wasn't about to throw out someone's things, but I can see how my boxes were treated, had they arrived at someone else's door. If your name is Carolyn and recently moved from Chicago to New York, I have pictures of one of your boxes and hopefully you received it but I doubt it.I plan to file  a BBB complaint against the company and if any former customers who were also shafted would like to get in touch to contribute their statement for my small claims action against the owners, Mr. Adnan Grifat (Owner) and Ali Saida (President), please feel free to message me.EDITED to add: they have two Google+ reviews, one from the company and the other from -- get this: Ali Saida, the president and part owner of the company who doesn't disclose this on the review. Pure class.

I had used Top Class (Anywhere Moving ) some years ago and had a good experience.  That's why I wanted to use them again. Marco was great throughout the process, but after the delivery of my furniture in Colorado is when things fell apart. The driver showed up a day late due to truck problems, hired 3 local movers from a local moving company he said (he can't remember the names or company except 1)  although he says hes used them for years. Demanded I pay the balance before they unload the truck. Problem was after they left. MY WALLET WAS EMPTY OF CASH AND MY MOVADO dress WATCH WAS MISSING. All were in the same drawer I had the cash to pay for the move, in a bathroom which several asked to use during the move. I've called Marco and the driver for info, I've gotten one name and number from driver but obviously no answer or return call. I've turned over to local Police because of the value it is considered Felony Theft. I cannot recommend this company because I feel they let thieves in my home and will not help me to get anything resolved

I used Anywhere Moving for my move from Chicago to Arizona as a business move and couldn't have had a smoother experience. My job handled it all and choose these movers I'm guessing based on their competitive price. My rep Nina  told me to reiterate to my job that they include more in their estimate, which I did see in the preliminary estimates.   I was charged a little extra for my glass desk as it needed to be packaged but my rep told me about that before hand. The delivery was on time and everything got to AZ in one piece. Would recommend to all my family and freinds as they are local to Chicago. Hopefully I can find a mover like them in Arizona for the move back next year!

This move goes down as one of the worst experiences of my life. I chose Anywhere because they were $3,000 less than major movers for my cross country move. I got what I paid for and more. Their packing was horrible. They threw my clothes in wardrobes without hanging them up. Everything had to be cleaned or pressed. They lied about deli\very dates. I waited five days after they assured me they would arrive. Precious items are broken, picture frames cracked and items missing. They have no redeeming qualities and you have to be crazy to use them under any circumstances. I resent giving them one star. Sondra

This moving company was exceptional! I definitely did my homework and was prepared with detailed questions and more questions to the answers given. Antonio was my representative who was very knowledgeable and upfront. I asked for licenses and compared DOT numbers from the DOT website with DOT number on the paperwork. No underhanded, fine line details when they showed up to move me. They wrapped everything proficiently and had my 2 bedroom moved out in approximately 4 hrs. My articles arrived within about 7 days of the quoted 14 days and only 2 glass items were broken but only because of how "I" had packed them. They moved me in, reassembled everything and I only paid what the balance was on my contract; no additional fees. Do your homework when you deal with any company! I would definitely use Anywhere Movers again!
