I really wish I would have looked into some of these other reviews as well because they were also a no call and no show for me. Even though I did confirm with them at least 3 times before the day of my actual move. I have used movers in the past and I am moving out again at the end of the month so they really missed some good business from me. Instead I was left scrambling and trying to reserve a truck at the last minute. I would never recommend anyone to use this company because I would hate for this to happen to someone else. They told me their truck broke down but after seeing the other reviews that is probably not true.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We called Robert after waiting for 15 minutes to get an ETA but were dumped into voicemail. Fifteen minutes later, one of the movers calls us back to tell us they are short a man (we booked for three movers) and will not be able to arrive until 2 p.m., two hours later than our noon appointment. They offered to do the job with two men but would charge us extra because it would take them longer--which we did not agree to. They eventually said they would come by 1:30 with two men. My husband followed up 10 minutes after this conversation to see if they were indeed coming and was told, no, they weren't because their boss (Robert) said they had to have three men. Another phone call to Robert, still no pick up and left another voicemail. Another 5 minutes after that (now 50 minutes into our appointment), we get a phone call saying they've cancelled the job. So, truly, I really can't give them any stars because they never even showed up and Robert never bothered giving us a call back.

As with others that reviewed this business, I cannot give a review or stars, (even though I had to punch at least one) as they never showed up to do the move promised!  I cannot believe they just leave a customer in a bind like this....furniture ready to go, the last day of the month, people waiting on the other end.....absolutely despicable business practice!  Run, do not walk, to secure some other movers!!

As others have remarked... Wish  there was a lesser rating!  And I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my move with flexible pro movers. Flexible means YOU must be the one to be flexible with their schedule and promises.  Like all the others who wrote, we scheduled and confirmed our move with Roberto. 8 am first move of the day. Was prepared at 7:30 to make this an easy and quick move. Sat on the driveway until 9:00. Started calling at 9:15, also started calling Uhauls too... They are all closed on Sunday. We needed to get this move started as we were on a tight time crunch. So we packed the back of my husbands pickup truck with the first load and made 4 80 mile round trips to get it done. After we were packed and on the road Roberto emailed with the same excuse he has written many times, his driver was in an accident and was in the ER. He really needs to be more creative as this excuse has been used before. I had to initiate all the calls. No one called to tell me there was an issue. Then he says they can come if we still want them!  That was after after we were already moving ourselves. Hell  no I did not want him not after all the work we just did and the length of time it took for return calls. No one is going to hold us hostage to get a job done. If you decide to hire them for your move have a plan B...... His drivers seem to have accidents on their way to your move. Watch for his rebuttal they are full of excuses and he will argue that it was your fault:)
