I'm strapped for time and i needed to clean out one of my rental properties that i have. The previous tenant (unfortunately) left behind a ton of junk in the garage and backyard. I wanted to get another tenant in there ASAP so i went to their website and texted them pictures of all the stuff. Literally within 5 minutes i had a customized quote and by noon there were 3 guys that showed up ready to work.Overall, they did a fantastic job. The workers moved very fast and were very professional. I am very happy with this company and have even recommended them to friends and family. If you need junk hauled out of your home or property be sure to give them a call. They are also very reasonably priced.

After years of accumulating household items, my garage had turned into a storage site for old furniture, boxes, and other miscellaneous objects. I had enough and was fed up, so i decided to reach out to south bay junk removal and ask for a quote. I was a bit reluctant to call because i thought pricing would be unreasonable considering this is the bay area.To my surprise, the owner answered his phone right away and within minutes i had a personalized quote.  Which was way more fair than the rest of the competition.They arrived promptly and were very professional. As the crew went through the garage they asked if i had any valuable items that i'd like to save. I almost forgot about some of my prized possessions and if it wasn't for their attentiveness i would have lost some of my items.Thank you SBJR for working so hard and being so nice and friendly i will definitely hire you guys again and refer you whenever i can. Southbay junk removal has by far, been the most dependable and reasonably priced junk removal service.When my dad and I decided to clear out the backyard and basement we tried searching around for someone to do the job.Soon enough I found their website and texted a few pictures to the number provided. Literally within 5 minutes I had a friendly reply back and a really fair price estimate.By 11am they showed up with their truck and trailer and finished in a little over two hours.I'd recommend this company to anyone that needs their stuff cleared out. We mostly had old debris from a remodel and some large branches from the front yard.

Last summer my wife and I were in desperate need of a full clean up at our house. Over the years our backyard had accumulated a ton of trash (piles of it). We both decided we had enough and that we were going to clean up once and for all. Luckily, the people over at South Bay Junk Removal were able to help us. We called Chris and he asked us to text him some pictures of the work we needed done.Right away he sent us over a very reasonable quote. Before calling SBJR we called around to shop for quotes and Chris's business was by far the most reasonably priced. He even has it listed on his website that he guarantees he will beat out all competitor's price. That means a lot if you ask me! To make it even better Chris showed up just hours later with a couple of his workers. And they got to work right away. What i liked about their work was that they are very hard working (always moving and really hustling). They do a quality job. They also paid close attention to detail and took the time to ask my wife and I if we wanted to keep anything of value before throwing it out. I would highly recommend SBJR to anyone looking to clean out their garage, yard, or construction debris.

We inherited an old duplex from a family member so the first thing we had to do was clean it up and remodel it. Both garages and backyard spaces were completely full of scrap metal, old moldy furniture and other miscellaneous junk items. It was extremely overwhelming to do it on our own so we decided to give south bay junk removal a try and we were very happy with the results. We gave the owner a call and he answered right away. He told us to text him pictures of what we needed to throw away. Also, he came by and checked out the scene and gave us an in person estimate too.The owner and his guys had really good work ethic and showed up 10 minutes early. We really admired that about them. They were also fast to pack everything up into their trailer. I would say within 3.5 hours they had EVERYTHING packed up. It must have weighed a ton lol.We are very happy with our experience i would recommend them to anyone else looking to clear out old junk. 5 stars in my book and thank you again!
