i came across this moving company on craigslist i thought well let give them a go .wow wow wow really the service was fantastic they had low rates so of course i was expecting a moving company that was gone jerk my chain or some hidden fee's no way this was a great honest move i got an over the phone quote she said yes it will take about 4 hr with the inventory i gave her it took 3 & half no charge for stairs no material charge & no double drive time .this was the best move i ever had there so many company's that cheat people charge them for stuff we dont need but refuse to put our stuff on the truck if we dont use it .no these people were honest great & cheap $50.00 per hr 2 hr min & a moving truck .really you cant go wrong & they are in sunnyvale lets go people save yourself some stress call these people ask for alex he is a great mover his whole crew was respectful & professional with my belongings

Absolutely horrible experience.  I was up packing all night and morning preparing for my move.  I had an appointment with All Moving Services at 12:30, but no one came, so I called and spoke to Rachel.  She said that the movers were at another job and it was running long, and they should be here in 45 minutes.  45 minutes went by, and still no show.  I spoke to Rachel about 4 or 5 times, and finally at 5 (yes, 4.5 hours later than my original appointment) one of the movers called me to apologize and said he can either come around 7, or he can waive the fuel charge if I want to resched. for tomorrow morning.  I didn't accept, and canceled my appointment.  They screwed up all of my moving deadlines.  If you're moving, I would highly advise you not to use this company.
