BEWARE!! Brooke Eldridge is one of most unprofessional, arrogant and sexist human beings I've ever met. Don't fall for the smooth talk and charm - he and his unprofessional crew DAMAGED OVER $7,000 worth of irreplaceable furniture during my move. Women especially beware of this man as I'll explain below.  I was introduced to Brooke "The Crook" through my girlfriend who is a realtor. I can't tell you how many harassing, insulting, sexist and creepy comments he made towards her on the day of the move. He spent more time talking about my girlfriend and 'getting laid' than he did taking care of the move. This sociopathic behavior is probably the reason for the name of his company. As such, she took him off their company's recommended movers and told all of her colleagues about Brooke.  I wish my girlfriend never had to go through all of this.   First off, they are NOT BONDED OR INSURED so if they damage anything, you will be forced to take Brooke personally to court to recover any losses. The day of my move, Brooke forgot we had scheduled the move and arrived over an HOUR AND HALF LATE. I should've smelled trouble from the start but it only gets worse from here. This was a small apartment move with some expensive furniture that I was moving into a storage unit while I left the country for work. The two movers that came with Brooke were out-of-work buddies of his who had no professional moving experience. These were drinking buddies according to Brooke. Brooke did not prepare for the move in any way. None of my furniture was padded or treated with care in anyway. I watched in horror as they literally threw my $5,000 leather sofa into the back of their dilapidated truck that was covered in filth. The truck was too small as well!!! He didn't even have the foresight to bring a larger vehicle after I explained to him exactly how many pieces were needed to be moved. There was no organization, everything was piled on top on each other. Truly a heartbreaking sight to behold. Had I known how unprofessional this crook was I would've called off the move. Unfortunately, I was leaving for Europe that day and had no other choice. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some way. My bed frame was scratched beyond repair. My $5,000 sofa was completely destroyed. A very expensive picture frame was ripped apart. My dresser had large scratches. My mattress was covered in dirt and filth from their truck. Here's the damage:marlonb777.imgur.comMind you, Brooke was an HOUR AND A HALF LATE and as such, by the time they arrived to the storage facility, they were about to close. Brooke started to complain and complain about the amount of work they had to do before the facility closed. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, this is how he makes a living for Godsake!!The men at the storage facility took no pity, they said they've seen this before with scammers like Brooke and told him to get his ass into gear. Of course, Brooke only added to the damage of my furniture. There was no care taken into collecting and moving my items. In fact, Brooke tried to HIDE the damage. I caught him red-handed with a picture frame that was completely destroyed. When I came back to the US and had a chance to survey the damage, I called Brooke and told him I felt he owed me reimbursement for the damaged items. He literally laughed at me and said 'what's done is done' and offered NOTHING. ZIP. ZERO. I asked him if he enjoyed damaging people's furniture to which he exclaimed "Business is business." WOW. PLEASE stay away from Brooke "The Crook". ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

Awesome awesome awesome.  Guys did a great job.  They were courteous, professional, kind and hella fast.  Brooke saved me at the last minute getting the kitchen packed.  Highly recommend.

I have had the great pleasure of being moved this weekend by Robert Brooke Eldridge and his team Rowe and Charley. Of all the office and home moves I have had in my life this one was the most enjoyable. He and his crew are professional, fun, hard working, and in the end, they made a hard experience wonderful and I Brooke even changed dinner plans he had as we went longer than expected...all with a wonderful smile and a great attitude...it was like dining at a fine restaurant ....there was nothing more you could have asked for....They moved expensive art and furniture and not a scratch, dent, or anything else....the whole time they worked hard but what courteous and professional team players they all were!!For all your help, thank you Brooke, Drew, and Charley........never in my life did I think I would  be enjoying a move; only you could make it possible Brooke. Brooke was awesome!  Hey was so quick and came the next day after I called ! I would definitely RECOMMEND.
