Nurlan and Ruslan came to our house to help with our moving from San Diego to Murrieta , Ca. They were excellent! We wanted everything to be somewhat ready for them when they arrived so we did some packing etc.on our own. As soon as they step foot in our house they were ready to work which was great since we were being charged by the hour. Both men were very friendly had great personalities and most of all reassured us that our belongings were going to be taken care of as if they were their own things, which takes a load off shoulders. Unlike other moving companies we've dealt w in the past, they wrapped up all valuable items with blankets which kept everything from being damaged! We were very pleased with their services. VERY FAST, EFFICIENT, and CARING WITH OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is going to need help with a big move!

This is a new company but I feel like they are destined to take over the moving business here in San Diego.  The owner Adrian was very polite and made sure that every aspect of my move was taking care of.  Excellent customer service over the phone.  I would highly recommend them.  I was recommended to them by my friend.  He told me since they are a new company seeking out new business they really were interested in giving me the best costumer service.  So I called them up and sure enough he was right.  I was moving from a 3-bedroom house to a two-bedroom apartment and I still needed to pack some of the things.  The last moving company was a little bit rude but they were very understanding and worked around my schedule.  They worked very quickly and got everything packed and then checked on me and asked me if there was anything else that they could do to help.  When we got to the new location they were very careful to not break anything.  They put everything exactly where I wanted it to go without any complaining.  And they got done a lot sooner than I thought they would.  Everyone dressed very professionally and afterwards the owner give me a call and told me how pleased he was to work with me.Nice to see A+  costumer service like that!

We needed to hire a moving company to move the contents of our large house from South Bay to North County. I heard of Aid-U by word of mouth and decided to call them for a quote. Adrian was very polite and offered me a very competitive quote that covered all the transportation, loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, disassembling, assembling of the furniture. When the date of my move came, they arrived on time and began to prepare my house for the move. I was so impressed by their professionalism during the whole process and I even brought back a couple of pizzas from Costco and covered their lunch. When I inspected my furniture and fragile items after the move, there was no damage anywhere and I was particularly worried about some items containing glass. I would recommend Aid-U to anyone who needs to hire a moving company, you will not be disappointed.

Oh my! These movers did an excellent job. Moving has never been a friend of mine:), but this company made the whole process feel like a breeze. The guys were very careful to make sure nothing breaks during loading and unloading! Thank you very much Aid-U Moving& Storage. We will definitely use your services in the future!

I called Aid-U moving and quickly made arrangements for a moving within a few days. Our previous moving company didn't do good job for me last time so a friend of mine recomended Aid-U Moving as a local company that provided excellent service. Because of the narrowness of our driveway, I was concerned if they will be able to park or would have to stop on the street which would make this move much longer. Against my expectations the movers did loading in few hours although they had stopped on the street and had to walk pretty far to get staff inside the track. Transportation and unloading (and the reassembling furniture in a new place) took just 3 hours so all was finished by 5 pm which was an extremely good result. The price was so reasonable and the drivers very nice.  When I spoke to Michael and Adrian during the week, they were always helpful--including changing the move date and all other staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend this local company, and if I am ever in need of next moving, I would definitely use them.
