Wow love these movers. We set up another company on a Sunday who showed up late with too big of truck to park so we cancelled them and at the last minute on Sunday called The One Movers Torrance . They were very professional on the phone and sent 3 strong men. They were very careful with my furniture and mad sure they did not scratch my new floor. When they were finishing the set up my beds and tables . We slept like babies our first night in our new home .. Thank You Sasha , Alex and Paul

Kamol, Donik, and Pasha did a great job with helping us move from our 2 bedroom apartment to our house. They showed up on time and had a great attitude throughout, despite having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and the pouring rain. They wrapped the big ticket items for us with Saran Wrap, and disassembled all the big furniture. They took care not to damage our stuff or the apartment. Everything was done within a reasonable time. They even helped us pack up loose items with their own boxes. We were impressed at how much they got done without taking a break.Once at the house, they placed boxes where we wanted, assembled the furniture, and set up the appliances. We weren't able to set up the washer/dryer because the laundry closet was too small. They also did their best not to dirty our new place, but it was hard because of the rain.These guys are hardworking, efficient, and have great energy. We recommend them for your next move.

This was anything BUT a 5 STAR experience. I decided to trust "Torrance Movers" do to the high yelp reviews and some research. When booking my appointment I did notify that I AM a picky person and I had a bad experience with movers before so to please be mindful and send good staff. I was told they would arrive between 9-10 on the day of the moving day and would expect a phone call when they were close by. The 2 movers did call to let my boyfriend and I know they were on their way and arrived at 9AM. They used protective covers/saran wrap to cover the big items ie: Bed, Couch. Everything was going smoothly and when we arrived at my new apartment. They decided to TAKE OFF the cove/saran wrap and I witnessed my couch was dropped on the ground, scrapped against the roof, and then taken inside my new place. Mind you I was furious. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL AND I AM PAYING A PROFESSIONAL you don't take it off until the items get taken inside. Common sense right? I was furious and called the moving company to notify them. They apologized DID NOT put in any notes and brushed it off as if it was no big deal. It was a brand new couch and from Restoration Hardware......Bad enough the move in did not go smoothly, to file a "claim" is a whole OTHER story.This management company is unorganized, doesn't seem to care about your concerns, and I am still trying to file my claim and haven't heard back from anyone yet. Please save yourself the time and the headache and find someone elsewhere. I would also get "movers insurance" before you decide to use this company or anyone else. They only pay $.60 per pound/weight of the damaged items.

I used Torrance Movers today for my moving needs.I was moving from 3 bedrooms house and a studio to 2 bedrooms apartment. It was a smooth move. Thanks for the helps from Javohir and Sasha.They were very nice and came on time. Highly recommended.

I just moved locally in Los Angeles from the San Fernando Valley to the South Bay. Zenya, Pasha, and Muhiddin showed up on time and were very professional. They moved all of my belongings without any damages. We had a lot of heavy furniture, televisions, and fragile items and everything arrived at our new residence in perfect condition. They only took one very short break and loaded and unloaded everything very quickly. I would highly recommend them for your move.
