Most seamless experience I've ever had moving! John did an amazing job handling all the logistics and making sure my move was combined with another so I could get the reduced rate. Customer service is clearly a priority.Andrew and Damir, my movers, were awesome!! Super friendly, super quick and efficient, and they handled my stuff with care. Was surprised how quickly they loaded and unloaded - so fast! Would definitely ask for their help with my next move!

My husband and I moved to San Francisco from just outside of LA. We encountered a highly stressful and complicated escrow which dragged on for a lot longer than we could ever have anticipated.Most of the issues with escrow occurred after our boxes and furniture had been picked up and we ended up living in a hotel room temporarily. Throughout that time, John from Los Angeles - San Francisco Express was incredibly helpful and supportive of our situation. He was very understanding, reliable and professional throughout the entire process. That alone made the uncomfortable experience of moving significantly easier. The movers Paul and Victor were also extremely efficient and professional as well. Despite there only being two of them, they were very fast and careful with all of our possessions and belongings. I can honestly say that out of every move i've experienced, this is actually the first time nothing has either gone missing or been damaged, which I believe is saying alot considering the distance of the move itself. They were also extremely efficient with regards to spacial awareness as they did not scratch or damage any of our walls or wood floorings despite having to carry large and heavy objects/boxes up and down narrow stairways.I HIGHLY recommend them and will most certainly seek their services again should another move be needed.

I had the most efficient and seamless move with LA to SF. Wow! From the beginning John was proactive via phone listened to my needs, followed up via email and offered me a better rate to combine my move with another move. He also gave me the best rate out of any leading moving company out there. On moving day the team arrived early and moved my items out with pristine care and condition. Then when I met them in SF the team of Andrew and Damir were dynamo and flawless!! They saw reference photos I provided and setup my room in perfect shape and within a quick turnaround. All items were exactly how they were from the previous condition and made my move comfortable and easy. Moving alone is a very stressful process and these guys were a true class act and provided the A Team. I was truly impressed by this company and have referred them to my friends and family.

Outstanding moving service done by Anatolie and his crew for my family's move from LA to San Jose, CA. A big reason I chose LA-SF Express was not only their competitive price quote, but also for the fact they have so many incredible reviews on Yelp and now I understand why! Anatolie and his small but mighty team of 2-3 guys did a wonderful job moving our 1200sq ft apartment and they wrapped and protected our furniture pieces so well. No damage, great communication from him for arrivals and departures, and each team member was polite. I highly recommend Anatolie and his team and would definitely use LA-SF Express again for any future move here in CA. I also had a great experience booking my move working with Randy and John in the LA office. Thank you all so much!
