I would never trust this company to move my belongings after the horrible experience my sister had with her move. She paid over $2000 to move ALL her things from one state to another. They lost 5 of her packages and later found out 3 of them were delivered to some lady in a different state. What was frustrating was how she had to keep following up with the company because they were not diligent in finding her lost packages. The other 2 packages they can't even find!! Get this, their insurance is only offering to give her 60 cents per pound for the packages lost. That's like $40. This company sounds like a scam and if they wanted, they can steal your packages knowing that they insurance claim is not even worth the lost. I am extremely upset that she lost 2 huge boxes filled with shoes and they are not even showing any empathy for their carelessness. ONLY after she went on yelp and left a review did they call and offer to give her a little more money back. This is not even enough for her troubles or to cover her lost. They also WOULD NOT give her a refund UNLESS she agreed to remove her review from yelp. The nerve of this company! I would NEVER trust any company that pays for their yelp reviews and does not take responsibility when they drop the ball. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR VALUABLE BELONGINGS AND NOT COVER YOUR LOST.

We were frantically packing and boxing items up all week long and when we were finally set to move, less than 19 hours before our scheduled pick-up, they called and told us they would not be able to pick up our items and could only come 3 days later. This would not work because we had already told our landlord we would be out and our new jobs were gonna start. Not professional. I understand things happen out of your control but you need to have a Plan B, C, and D to satisfy your customers needs. The guy who was helping us set up the move wasn't even the one to call me to tell me they weren't coming. They made some other guy do it. Haven't heard an apology or anything from him since then either. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The most horrific experience of my life dealing with this company. They hire criminals!!! Kevin is a complete idiot! Mover Didn't come the day they were supposed to said he broke his leg. Had a guy Stephen pick up who said he never worked with them before. They put my stuff in a warehouse for 2 weeks before they delivered it without my permission. Then another guy picked up. They shoved stuff in storage and destroyed things.  Stole my wedding ring ,diamond earrings, omega watch, diamond necklace. Vintage barbies. Missing complete bookshelves lamps and multiple other items! Now they say they aren't responsible for all the missing and stolen stuff. Complete incompence! Do not use this company!! I repeat do not use first way movers!!!!!!!
