They helped us move and it was a great experience! From scheduling to moving they made it easy! I had some heavy pieces and narrow stairs and they got it done. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The All America Moving company really helped me out when i was in a tight spot. in just about two hours i had everything relocated from my old apartment in glendale to the the new house in burbank. the movers were really nice and well organized. the company deserves a 5/5 because of the quick work and the professionalism. definetly recommend to first time movers!

I contacted All America to help me move to my new apartment. Edgar was very professional and straight forward about all the costs involved. I could not be happier with their service. It's hard to find a good moving company you can trust, but I'll deinately refer these guys to anyone.

The WORST experience I've ever had and I would NEVER recommend this moving company!  I booked these movers one month in advance to my moving date.  They called the day before to cancel my schedule move and asked if they could move me the following weekend.  I had no choice but to use them because every moving company I called was booked until the following month.  When they arrived, I was highly annoyed that they didn't come prepared.  I called to specifically remind them to bring 4 wardrobe boxes and inquire about incremental costs (traveling vs moving time, stairs, cost of additional wardrobe boxes).  Edgar, was not forthcoming about all the costs involved.  He informed me that traveling time wouldn't count and it was only the moving time. They showed up with two wardrobe boxes and both were dilapidated.  They were completely unprofessional by trying to add on another charge of a ridiculously hourly rate after the 3 hour minimum moving window.  Furthermore, they added on another charge for stairs because they couldn't fit some of my items in the elevator.  To add more fuel to the fire, they broke my platform bed and bookcase when they tried to take it apart.  Overall, all the incremental charges should have been waived because of their tardiness, inefficiency, and lack of communication.  I left several messages after my move but no one has called me back.  I'm not sure how they are still in business when they don't seem to understand that when you schedule an appointment to move you should show up the day and time both people agreed upon.
