Established in 1992. Initially established on January 1, 1992, Affordable Quality Moving and Storage has been family owned and operated since its opening day. Under new ownership as of 10 years ago, President and CEO, Casey Kirkman, and Vice President and wife of Casey, Kelly Kirkman, have taken AQMS to a whole new level. Shortly after the establishment of new ownership, AQMS proudly became an agency for National Van Lines for interstate relocations, performing moving services for families, businesses and individuals relocating out of state. In addition to providing out of state moving services, AQMS has earned a stellar reputation within the Greater Los Angeles and local Santa Clarita Community as an honest and dependable moving company.

I used this company at the suggestion of 2 coworkers, who both said they were well priced. We had a 3 bedroom house of stuff to move. I can't remember who I spoke with on the phone, but it was nice to set up the whole thing without requiring a visit. On moving day they showed up right on time, a few minutes early actually. They had a 2nd truck just incase I had too much crap lol. The employees were polite and listened to all my needs. Then they got to work and they were FAST. My whole house was loaded and ready to go in 2 hours. The speed was impressive, and they still managed to take care of my property. Everything was wrapped, blanketed, and moved carefully. Not one scratch left on furniture or a wall.They got to the new place and unloaded even quicker. 1.5 hours to unload and put everything where I wanted. One worker even took the time to fix wobbly legs on my dining room chairs.Including drive time, I was charged for just 4 hours. Another coworker of mine moved recently and went with another company. His move, for a similar setup, took over twice that time...and he had to arrange all his stuff afterward! He scoffed at me when I said the whole thing was done before noon, simply couldn't believe it.Great company, great employees, great price! Unbeatable

Great company! Professional and friendly! I inquired with AQMS on their website. I described my needs which I feared might be too small a job to illicit a response. I was called the very next business day by Kelly. She was friendly, personable and professional. I needed a large, extremely heavy safe moved from a tenant property to my home. Kelly offered an attractive quote and handled the correspondence between the tenant and the movers. The movers communicated on the day of the job and were friendly, prompt and extremely careful in avoiding any chance of damage. This is a spectacular company that clearly puts a premium on professionalism and a job well done!

These movers are the best in the biz! I've used them three times to move locally in SCV and each time they were top notch! The last crew (Mike F.'s) was beyond amazing! (Ask for that crew of guys if you can) They did the job fast, didn't damage anything and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend AQMS. Good rates too!

Moving with Affordable Quality Moving & Storage has been the best moving experience we've ever had. We had quotes from 6 or 7 companies and met with 3 different representatives for in-person quotes. They may not have been the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either, and they were definitely the one we felt was the best. Brandon, with AQMS was very friendly and professional, and helped us understand what to expect that the others didn't. We reserved our move with AQMS about 3 weeks before our move. On the morning of the move, we had asked them to be there as early as possible and they showed up almost an hour before the quote of 9am. Mike, William, and Anthony worked amazingly fast, but were also very courteous and careful (with our stuff and dodging our 2-year-old). They packed up the entire contents of our 4-bedroom house into the 1-car garage of our short term rental apartment, which was quite a puzzle. We will ABSOLUTELY be using them again for our next move, and that is the first time I have ever said that about a moving company. Thanks guys!!

We just gave them a call because their rating is high. Although we ended up notusing them due to the nature of our contents, Jack Morgan gave us an honestand straight up answer right on the spot. He even referred us to another co.who may be able to help us. Both Kelly and Jack were very patient with us.Customer service is still alive here and that is very important in any business.Thank you and good luck to you guys!!!
