We had Prodigy pack us up and move us. Overall, it was the best moving experience ever and I've moved a lot over the years. Abby was wonderful to work with and she was very responsive over email and phone. Ezekiel headed up our moving team. They were quick and professional. I would definitely use them again.

These folks deserve their five stars. They work HARD. Carlos, Francisco, and Juan absolutely worked their butts off, were kind, considerate, gentle with our stuff (and man, was there a lot of stuff). They navigated tiny elevators, narrow alleys, a tightrope of a walkway, stairs up, stairs down, MORE stairs up, bad packing on our part...Abby followed up on my Yelp quote request within an hour--the guys showed up exactly on time and called us like they promised, got in, assessed the situation (kindly didn't say "What were you guys thinking?") and started work. They were efficient, they were fast, it was possibly the hottest day in L.A. the entire summer.I did some comparison shopping, because Yelp sends your quote request to other companies. Prodigy/Abby respected my request for email, unlike at least two other companies that both called and texted me (grrr). She followed up via email with all the information needed, confirmed the quote, explained drive time, in short, was extremely thorough, patient, and helpful.As far as those other companies, they may sound cheaper, but you get what you pay for, namely: you pay for "shuttle service" if the area you're moving to or from doesn't have access for a larger truck (sometimes $250), you pay for "long ramp time" which means they add a charge if it's more than 50 feet from their truck to where they're taking stuff, and they charge almost the same money an hour for one less person on the moving crew.This was the best moving experience we've ever had. No one wants to move, and we were dreading it--these guys made it a great day.

Did some extensive research for our move and got many quotes from all the good companies out there. Prodigy was the most accommodating and dealing with Abby to get everything booked was easy and she took the time to run me through everything. Prodigy was also the most comprehensive, offering all the services I needed in one competitive package. On the day of the move, Fernando and his team were awesome. We had to move 2 apartments in one day and they powered through and completed the work in 6 hours (including packing both apartments). The whole move came out cheaper than we expected as they were so fast and we got everything in without a scratch.

Best movers that I have ever used.  This team of four packed in 15 years of accumulated memories and packed it all in one trip in their huge truck. Their lead Hector managed the entire process like a true professional.  The team which included Jose, Vladimir and another Jose were hardworking, polite, friendly, and experienced.  I would as for this team for your move as they did a great job and a great value.  Prodigy proved that not all movers are the same and they have set themselves apart. Moving doesn't have to be painful after all.

These guys did a fantastic job. Carlos and his crew were very efficient and friendly. Veronica helped set everything up and made a very easy process. I will definitely use them for my next move.
