Arizona Storage Inns is a locally owned and operated self-storage facility brand and management company. Unlike some of the well-known national brands, our focus is on the community and providing excellent managers and facilities to our tenants. Our resident managers are experts in self-storage and go the extra mile for every one of our customers.

We own/operate 18 self-storage facilities throughout the valley in North Phoenix, West Phoenix, Central Phoenix, South Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Mesa. My wife and I needed to find a local shredding company as our old statements, bills, credit cards and the like were starting to build up and we didn't have the time or patience to use our small personal shredder to handle the job. Luckily we found a U-STOR location practically down the street from us. I called ahead of time and spoke with Amy. She was an absolute delight! She answered all my questions and her personality was friendly and inviting. Later that day we went over to drop off our documents. Again, Amy was excellent and not only helped us with our shredding job but also answered our questions about storing one of our vehicles in the 10 x 20 covered space. I would highly recommend this U-STOR location for all of your shredding and storage needs.

The lady Amy was nice when getting us a storage unit. However she never answers the phone and only takes phone messages when calling. She seems very confused and always ask for dates and times. We checked out, and again she did not answer phone. She did call me back and said she had received my call when we left. I called three weeks later and she was not there again. She called me the next day and wanted to know what i wanted. I told her our conversation and she said she did not remember our check out phone call, then said something that you had to request a refund. Nice way for her to make money every month when automatic refunds are not given. Buyer be ware!! Not a very honest individual at all.

Amy (the Manager) was awesome! She made everything super easy and was a delight to work with. The rates are very competitive, they take good care of the property and it gave me peace of mind knowing the my storage bays were secure with their gated access.
