Midnight movers damaged our furniture and didn't reassemble half of it (it was a full-service"). They showed up 1 and 1/2 hours late and although we were promised everything would go we had to rent a U-Haul to move what they didn't move.They took 2 days to get back to me when I left a msg to complain, their "solution" was to pay $600 extra to move the rest.Would never use them again.

Midnight Movers front office is a nightmare, Blondie the want to be professional of the crew, calls you sweetie when she's wrong. Blondie refuses to listen, I setup my move with this company, I had  to call to confirm because I never heard back from them. The day of the Super Bowl I received a call from the want to be professional to tell me they had a babysitting issue and couldn't arrive at the confirmed time. That was ok with me, I haven't moved in 10 years, this gave me time to have a 10 minute breakdown on what do I take, what do I leave. Ok the first crew were very good movers, when it came time to pay, Blondie the want to be professional, ask me if I wanted to put the tip on the card. I was confused these are movers, maybe I'm wrong, no, or I wouldn't be writing this, so; Blondie the want to be professional explained that sometimes the guys will tell her the customer said to tip, I ask her while the guys were in earshot, is this customary for you to ASK for a tip. Well my tip for the day was lunch and thank you very much. Maybe these people don't watch the news, I don't know too many people out there paying for a moving service and tipping at this time.Midnight Movers charge a fuel charge and a trip charge, isn't that tip enough. The next day because this professional company didn't assess my job correctly had to move me 2 days. The next day they were supposed to arrive between 7:00 and 7:15, well it was 8:55.They started picking up items not in boxes and boxing them, then the other mover came to me and said, I want you to know we charge for boxing you, I ask the driver not to pack anything, just take the boxes already packed. He said, if you take care of me, I'll take care of you. Well, I don't know what that meant, I was not about to start paying money on the side when they ripped you upfront. Think about it, fuel charge $60.00 and trip charge $60.00, isn't that tip enough, oh, did I mention another $30 for being in The Town of Cave Creek??I guess these people are licensed, my son referred them and paid for the move, he said he had a great experience.No stars for upfront office. I will take the movers over them any day.
