I used master movers a couple weeks ago. I called a moving company from a mailer and they never showed up. So I was on yelp and saw that Jason from master movers was taking phone calls at 8 at night when every other place was closed. So I called him and he moved me the next day! They were very professional. It was 110 degrees outside and they moved me from a 3rd story apartment and were very positive, nice and friendly.  Nothing was broken, scratched or damaged. Jason also worked around my work schedule which helped me a lot. I definitely recommend master movers!

DON'T DO IT, don't do it, don't do it... Yes, they have a lot of good reviews, which was why I hired them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A MOVER. I hired these guys last minute after being left in a lurch by another moving company.  Jason came out to assess my stuff and said he could help me out.  He seemed honest and willing to help out and based on the great reviews they had I decided to hire him.  His initial estimate was fair, especially given my last minute situatuion.  I was just happy to secure a mover in such short notice.  The pack up and storage went fine.  However on move in day a couple weks later, Jason and his brother were 2 hours late. The local crew they hired for the unload were right on time and sat on the clock waiting for them to arrive.  Jason said that they had been "visiting family that lived in the area"  and his "phone was somehow left on 'do not disturb' so he couldn't be reached".After he arrived, I saw Jason move a couple boxes then he proceeded to sit in my backyard looking at his laptop for the duration of the move. Meanwhile the hired hourly crew did his work for him.  He was scheduled to be there moving until 1pm, but stated around 11am that he and his brother had to leave and the hired crew would finish up.  When I mentioned that he had originally stated that he would stay until 1pm, he said "We want to go see our family before we leave town, so we need to go now".  He placed an Ipad in front of me with a receipt on it for what I owed and walked away.  The dollar amount was well beyond what we had originally discussed (part of that charge being for the crew that sat around waiting for them and that stayed well after they left to finish up).   Unfortunately, due to the quick nature of the move, we had a handshake agreement with regard to price and I tusted him.  A mistake I'll never make again.  Being a man of my word, I paid him.  I asked him to send me a receipt and after several requests he still hasn't sent it, 2 months later.  I hope Jason enjoyed his family vacation on my dime.

Adrian Melendez                I needed to move on very short  time frame and Jason was able to deliver.He was very profesional andThorough and went well above and beyond to make sure my move was a sucesfull one.

I found this company on Yelp, and based on the reviews, decided to give Jason a call - which I'm totally happy I did.I was moving back to California and needed help with the move.  Jason came over and did a walkthrough and was able to quickly estimate how big of a truck I would need and gave me great advice on packing.  On the first day of the move, he arrived exactly in the time frame he said he would, and the team started loading right away.  They packed the truck very professionally and when I checked it before they left, I knew everything felt really secure.The next day, we met at my new place in California and unloaded the truck a lot faster than I expected.  (Btw, you should ask him to see the video of him backing into the super narrow driveway! - Totally crazy awesome skills!).  He even pointed me in the right direction when I couldn't find one of my items the following day!  All my furniture made it here in great condition and undamaged.All in all, I had a very good experience, and I would totally recommend Jason to anyone that needs a mover.  As other reviews have stated, his prices are reasonable and he really cares about making your move as painless as possible.Thanks again Jason!!!

Great company! They are very professional, courteous, and personable. They are a blast to be around and defiantly take the suck out of moving! They defiantly love what they do and are great at it! Super efficient and fair priced. Even had Jason do some handyman work after a long day and he was more than happy to help and he did an amazing job!! Love these movers and will hire them again!
