Great job guys! My stuff was delivered today and it's all in great condition.  Want to make sure the guys that picked up my stuff will be acknowledged. They did an amazing job packing everything so well. You delivery guys were on time and our plans for delivery worked out just great. I'm moving again for work next year, will call you for sure for help!

Pros:-Movers were friendly-Delivery was made in a timely manner as per the contract-Price seemed reasonableCons:- Movers were late. I got a call about 10 minutes before their arrival window ended saying they couldn't make it that day. I asked that they get there as early as possible the next morning as we were planning to leave then. I was told they would show up at 9am, and they showed up at 10:30am at the wrong address.- I paid 50 extra dollars to have them pack my television for me as I didn't want to take any chances. It was smashed on arrival.- I called customer service twice, asking to speak to a manager about how to proceed, and both times was told they would call me back. Never got a call back.- Submitted a claim to try and get something back for the TV they packed and broke, and they offered $78 about 3 months later. Still never once heard from a manager.-Finally, they charge $75 to use an elevator, even if it is already covered in protective material, something like $75 per 75 ft they have to move stuff, so if you are moving into an indoor apartment, you will probably be moving the stuff in yourself, unless you have the extra cash.Overall: I know that I signed all of the paperwork, and according to the contract, the $78 is generous, so I appreciate that. At the end of the day, I could have paid the $500 to add insurance, and another $500 to have them move my stuff up to the apartment for me, so the smashed $200 TV isn't so bad. What is frustrating was that I couldn't even get a hold of anybody that could actually talk me through the process during an already stressful move.If you pack everything yourself, and give yourself a little bit of wiggle room as far as delivery goes, you will likely have no issues.

even till the end this company are my life a living hell!!!!! they don't listen to their customers it's like talking to a wall and they talk to you like you are retarded... please go elsewhere !

Our movers Joe and Rick were friendly and efficient. They were very careful with our stuff too. Amanda and the others at customer support were also very professional and bent over backwards to get us the best price for what we needed done. We will definitely be using this company again.

The movers were wonderful. Professional, quick and very careful.The salesperson was less than efficient.A lot of the property was put in incorrectly. Pieces that I told her about were considered different than the salespersons quote and considered larger and more difficult, therefore costing more.She told my son that taking a box spring and mattress would not affect his price but the packers charged him extra for boxes for both.The dispatch pulled the movers before we were done and the move took 13 hours. It was quoted as 4-5. It was a difficult day made horrific and very long by an uncaring dispatcher and an disorganized company. We were a day late in leaving town which cost a lot of emotional distress and extra money that I had not budgeted.When I tried to talk to someone about the difficulties they told me to write up a report and were uncaring and unapologetic.
