I put my information into their website to get a quote. Over the past 4 days I've received phone calls, voicemails, and emails upwards of 10-15 times A DAY. It's borderline harassment. Based upon the other reviews their actual moving services are not any better, although I cannot comment because their attempts to contact me have been reason enough to not proceed.

I don't give them any stars they moved us 3/26/17 and after the move My Michael kors watches had been stolen. We called and made them aware they said they would email a theft report never received it. Then I tried calling back and the number is disconnected and on top of that we tipped these frauds $100. I hope you all don't think this is the end because the Better Business Bureau Will be contacted as well as the police..

I wish I had seen these reviews before using this company!I got several emails from various people there when I was looking for a quote, and asked Lynda if I could just deal with one person. She said Hayley would be helping me, however Hayley would not return my calls or emails so I ended up working with Lynda. She is very nice and accommodating, but it seems she's where the professionalism ends with this company.I later got a call from William, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him that I had been under the impression my delivery would be made same day, but understood when he said that was not possible and I would have to speak with Lynda again. So I called Lynda, she apologized for the misunderstanding and said she would make sure my delivery is scheduled as soon as possible.Nearly a week later, I receive and email from William alleging I had requested to keep my items in storage for an extended period of time, I'm sure so they could try and charge me additional fees. I told him this was not the case and called Lynda to ensure he was aware of that as well. Lynda told me Amanda would be calling me first thing in the morning to schedule my delivery.I still have not received a call from Amanda and am now getting extremely rude emails from William again. Still waiting to be given a delivery date but it seems like this guy William would rather leave harassing voicemails and rude emails than get his deliveries done!UPDATE: I was given my delivery date (today) and told the driver would be here between 12P-2P. I am up at 8A, to find two missed calls beginning at 6A from the driver saying he is in the neighborhood.This company's inability to manage simple tasks and properly communicate with their employees is INSANE! Definitely go with a different company as Falcon Relocation will do everything on its power to be a major headache for you!

They deserve ZERO STARS!!! Don't ever use this company unless you want to lose money!! If they quote you a low price and seem to good to be true - IT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE! they are super friendly and responsive prior to getting your business, but once they secure the initial deposit and contract, its downhill from there. I received my quote for my move way cheaper than the 'other guys', almost a $2,000 difference..of course I was happy..jumped all over it for such a huge move (AZ to FL). Once they arrived at my house and packed up is when the 'REAL' price was revealed, now I did add one additional item but informed them of that beforehand..."no problem" they said! but still should not have counted for such a huge price increase (almost $2500). Additionally, they are almost impossible to reach on the phone after the fact which is annoying when you are trying to arrange for your items to be delivered. Lastly, on delivery, the driver (some contracted guy) tells me he's not taking the boxes (with an attitude) or wrapping supplies used to wrap my furniture, and I had to argue with him in my driveway that I paid him for a service to wrap my stuff and he would remove it from my house and if I needed he would also unpack too...but since I was so done with this company I wanted him off my property...both trash left as I demanded (driver & boxes) ..but if you don't take anything from this review, please, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Shows up right on time, got everything packed in a quick amount of time. Norberto and William were both friendly and knew what they were doing.
