I totally agree with Stephanie Gs's comments. I would also add that there was no discussion on insurance so when they broke the flat screen tv they denied any claims. There the worst business I've seen. We experienced everything Stephanie discuses in her post.Learn from us and stay clear of this moving company!

This place deserves ZERO stars! Worst moving company ever! Initially this place was the cheapest option... then they got there and started packing our stuff. Every little thing was an extra cost, but it's unavoidable with them. Every inch of tape you could hear the cash register dinging! Every blanket they used. Every inch of bubble wrap. The list goes on. Let me get to the worst parts... we were warned that if the truck on the other side couldn't get within 75 feet of your door you'd be charged an extra $350. So we moved into our apartment and the truck driver couldn't get close so we had to pay. FAST FORWARD to the next day and another moving truck of the SAME SIZE moving in someone else got in with no problem. We asked for a refund and it was denied. They said it was paid to the independent truck driver and not the moving company. As the 3 people were loading in our stuff one thing after another came in broken. The best was when they brought our dresser in... it was literally falling apart with every step they took - I told them to bring it back out, it was done... their fault and they should dispose of it. The truck driver comes in and tells the helpers to bring it up to our bedroom. Are you kidding me?! They wound up taking it back but we never saw the driver again - he was scared to show his face. They never even finished the job. They left our dining room table taken apart after we were told it would be put back together by the people who loaded us. They left things still wrapped in blankets. Anyway... so we probably lost about $1500+ in broken stuff. Sentimental value of some items was more, that's just putting a price tag on it. We filed a claim and are supposed to get $91 back for our stuff. We are STILL waiting for the $91. It has been over a year!! Horrible moving company, do NOT use them! Don't be fooled by their low quote... it will at least be another $3000 more in the end.

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!This company underbid all competitors then literally doubled my cost from $1000 to $2000 AFTER the furniture had been picked up - essentially holding my belongings hostage.I've never felt so exposed and blackmailed in my life.3 weeks later - no furniture. Whatever you do, read the reviews. When people write things like THIEVES, listen to them. I have never written a bad review in my life. But i have no recourse here, so i at least want to help others not fall into this trap.

I am absolutely not kidding when I tell you that in the last month they have left 34 voicemail messages asking if I need moving service. I rue the day I went to their website asking for a quote.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our initial quote was 1700. We wound up having to pay 7K. They gave us a bogus quote when they got their the day of the move they were extremely unprofessional. They were there from 1:30pm till 10:30pm. The guys that did the moving to smoke breaks and drink breaks all the time. Haley the girl that set up the move didn't tell them they had to stop at our storage unit. Very inefficient and unprofessional. She sounded very sweet on the phone and frankly sounded like she knew what she was doing but trust me she does not know what she is doing. 21 days go by and our stuff is finally showing up at our new home. The dispatch team and the driver said we have to pay remainder in cash even though contract says cash or money order plus we are getting charged an extra 650.00 because their truck doesn't fit in our complex. So 7k and 21 days later along with very unprofessional interactions with management our stuff is finally being delivered. I am disgusted about how this company runs their business. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. They are a bunch of scam artists. Go with this company and you will be sorry. Once again first quote 1700 had to pay 7k to get or stuff back.
