History

Established in 1999. Coyote Courier was conceived out of the necessity for a courier company that was «easy to do business with». The president of a large Phoenix business who was venting his frustrations about the lack of efficiency, customer service, and on time percentage of his current courier suggested that our owner move from Seattle to Phoenix and start a courier company. So he did! We have a firm belief that customer service is key. We strive to provide excellent service on a daily basis, and have many loyal customers that would agree that we meet that goal

I needed a package delivered in Phoenix on very short notice. Given that I live outside of Arizona and the package was especially important I contacted a friend who has a business in Phoenix. He recommended Coyote Courier as the best delivery service in town. I placed the order, was apprised via email of each step in the process and within an hour, the package was delivered. Coyote Couriers has great software and great drivers. Will use Coyote again.Tom B.

I needed documents from my CPA, so I called Coyote Courier Services, and everything about them was professional, from the person who took my request to the courier who delivered the documents. Plus they were there an hour sooner than expected. Great job. I would definitely use them again.

I searched Yelp to find a local courier and found Coyote Courier Services from Chris W's stellar review. I ended up using this company today to pick up an envelope and deliver it to my office. It was $17 for a trip that would've taken me almost two hours round-trip. I'd say that's worth it!I called and spoke to Stevie on the phone to set it up. She was friendly and made the process extremely easy... I'd definitely use them again. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I requested a receipt be delivered, faxed, or emailed to me. Originally, I was told they would fax it right after the delivery, but I'm still waiting.

I called and spoke with Michael at Coyote Couriers at around 11:30am to have some documents taken from central Phoenix to East Mesa to release a check. A courier came to pick up the paperwork within 45 minutes of my call. They were in Mesa by 1pm and back with my check by 3:30pm the same day! Amazing and quick. Cost was around $50. Highly recommend especially if you can't be in two places at once. I paid by credit card and they emailed me the receipt before I hung up the phone.
