We arrived a day early from Dallas with a 32 foot trailer packed to the brim. I contacted Copperstate while on the road asking if they could move up my scheduled unload a day. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The crew showed up ready to work when they said they would and provided outstanding service. These guys know what they're doing and they do it well!

I had copperstate movers move our family in July 2014. The first move was into a storage unit and they provided good service along with the agreed upon price. We then had them move us from a storage unit into our new house (Sept 2014). The move went well enough until the crew had to reassemble our furniture that they had taken apart. It took 2 plus hours to reassemble a single bed at $125 per hour. The agreed upon rate was $100 an hour but somehow changed to $125 when billing came. We ended up with several damaged pieces of furniture including a caved in corner to a table worth in excess of $2000. I thought the owner/manager would compensate us or replace damaged items only to be highly disappointed. The estimated cost for each move was several hundred dollars short of what they actually charged in the end. Copperstate Movers talks a good game but in the end you are over charged and left with damaged furniture. If you decide to use them get written guarantee or you'll be well over budget.

If you can't read this entire review, here is the synopsis: We were quoted 5 hours and the job ended up taking 10 HOURS!QUOTE FROM THE OWNER MARK: "Its impossible for us to know how much time its going to take." Unfortunately, this is a company I highly recommend no one do business with. Walk away as they will bait and switch you. Please read carefully and be advised - this is a bad company to work with. Below I have also listed better moving companies to offer your business to. One of the owners turned out to be an old family friend. She (Crystal) came to our home, walked through the house and gave us an estimate of 5 hours, 1 truck, three movers. We didn't ask for any special favors and were provided what we believed was an honest quote. On the day of the move, 3 very professional movers came to move our home. Ben, Sean and Ronnie. They busted butt all day long and packed the truck as full and as safely as possible. However...10 HOURS LATER, the job was barely being wrapped up. What turned out to be a HORRIBLE misquote/estimate on the part of Crystal. I contacted Crystal and she agreed to partially refund me for my misquote as it was so severely incorrect, but made a point of trying to place the blame on the movers by asking 'did they fill the truck from top to bottom, front to back?' 'Were they moving fast?' I advised her that they did as much as they could in one truck to safely transport our possessions. She then asked for my new address to send me a refund of $240. A couple of weeks passed and there was no response or check in the mail. My wife reached out to the office via telephone and spoke with Mark, Crystal's husband and co-owner. Mark was rude and aggressive over the phone with my wife indicating that we were lucky that Crystal even offered to refund us because QUOTE FROM THE OWNER MARK: "Its impossible for us to know how much time its going to take."My wife asked him when we will receive our check and Mark indicated that she would need to call back Monday. My wife asked if someone would contact her and Mark indicated that no, she would need to call and 'see what happens'. We will not be reaching out to them as at this point, its a loss we will just absorb and chalk it up to a company that is mismanaged, unprofessional, incompetent and does not treat its workers with respect, nor its customers. Better options are abundant compared to Copperstate Movers, but here are a few that we can recommend: R & E Pickup & Delivery (602) 540-4535Pick It Up Express Delivery, LLC (866) 847-5679Creative Moving and Packing, LLC (602) 549-7339

This company, I chose through a recommendation, quoted one thing and charged another. I'm highly disappointed, as it took five hours to move from one bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom condo and I did all of the packing myself. I also started moving items myself as the movers were too slow and too nonchalant. The movers milked the situation. Oh my achy breaky back and feet, I paid movers! Never again!
