I just moved from Phoenix to New York City, finally decided to make the big move. We all know that moving can be a pain but these guys were great. They made the process as easy as possible. All of my items arrived on time and undamaged. The price was decent and Alex really helped stay in charge of the moving team the entire way. If you have to move at all I would recommend using these guys.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not respond when there is an issue. They call you only when they want your money. They then raise their originalquote by almost 100%. I CANNOT recommend them.

WORST company EVER! DO NOT USE! Just like others, my "quote" was so far off that they tried to more than double the price. Then it took them a month to deliver my items from San Diego to Hawaii. They broke my brand new dresser, which was still in its original packaging, lost 1/3 of my sectional couch, lost my sheets and repackaged my lamps in a box with other peoples belongings! 30+ phone calls later and still no help! What an unprofessional company!

WORST experience I've EVER had!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I used them to move from Colorado to Oahu and I STILL haven't received my things. They were supposed to show up with a 5 day window between the 1st and the 5th of the month and they arrived the morning of the 7th!!! The day I was leaving on my flight to Honolulu! They made me late for my flight AND showed up with the wrong list of things to be shipped! I spent hours on the phone with them and running around like a mad woman trying to make sure they got everything before I took off the the airport over an hour late and was literally running to my gate as they called my name for the last final boarding call! I was told by both customer service and the driver for Cardinal that upon giving my address, my items would be shipped and would arrive in 2 weeks... I gave them my address 2 weeks ago and to this day my stuff is STILL in LA. I just got off of the phone with the manager and the most she could do is say "I apologize for the late pick-up, BUT we are still within our delivery window" She refused to help in any other way or offer any sort of resolve even after admitting that they were late in picking up my stuff and causing such chaos in my life...nothing. Now from all of this and reading other reviews, I'm having nightmares that once my stuff finally does show up, it will all be broken, or missing. Once again DO NOT USE CARDINAL!!!! AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!!!!

Don't walk, run away from these guys. I wish I did not have to give one star. They will give you a low quote then tack on thousands of dollars once they have your goods packed in the truck and you have no choice but to pay up. They say they use only professional movers but don't believe that at all. Most of the guys are paid $10 an hour and have no clue how to pack or unpack. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for packing materials but they only tell you this after your items are packed in a truck that has other people's items in the same space. They charge you for things you did not agree to. They broke items and use a third party to settle but they make it very difficult so you give up after they deny your claims over and over. I took these losers to court and won. They tried to intimidate me by saying I had to sue them in California but that tactic did not work. Save yourself the trouble. Use another company who will give you a real quote and who wants your repeat business not just your money.
