Established in 1988. Capitol Collision Repair is one of the largest independently owned body shops in Phoenix AZ. We are an I-CAR Certified Gold Class Auto Body Shop who has been in business for over 24 years. These guys provided the easiest body shop experience in history. In and out without issue, quickly and cleanly. I wish I had taken my Dodge here for a repaint last year. Great folks and easy as heck to work with. Oh and the work on my car? I can't tell it was ever hit and I am picky about such things.

After being rear-ended last month I brought my car here for repairs. Let me tell you, the service was seamless. Larry kept me up to date with phone calls throughout the whole process. I always knew where things were. It was very nice dealing with Melissa as well at the front desk. Car accidents and dealing with insurance are stressful enough so having someone so knowledgeable and patient to work with made a huge difference. If I ever find myself in the same predicament again, I know where to bring my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repair. They rock!

I came here because it was a preferred shop with my insurance. I've never had to go through insurance for a repair before so I was worried but they did a great job at helping! Larry was awesome, very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and then some, overall seemed happy to see me. The only hiccup I had was they didn't tell me exactly how they were fixing my car- I had some scratches on the bumper and assumed I was getting a new one but they fixed the one I already had. It's what the insurance covered and it looks great, you would never know I got hit. My advice to someone inexperienced like myself is to be very specific when asking how they're fixing the problem because I'm sure if I did Larry would've told me and then some. I originally gave 4 stars because of this but after thought changed to 5; the service was great and as an educated customer I should have asked for specifics. It was an extremely quick turn around and my car was sparkling when they brought it out! You guys rock!

I took my car into capital collision on March 28 and was greeted by a team who we're very Service oriented. Larry called me every week for updates and let me know the exact date my car would be ready.my car was ready for pick up that exact day it looked brand-new and now runs like a new vehicle.Not only do they do excellent work the customer service is Excellent. I give them five stars Thank You again Capital Collision I definitely would refer everyone to go there.

I was referred to Capitol Collision Repair by a friend who had his vehicle repaired many years ago and was very pleased with the service he received. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Capitol, either. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the work was excellent and completed even earlier than they had estimated! I would not hesitate to recommend Capital Collision to anyone who needed their vehicle repaired.
