History

Established in 2012. The business was started by a father (Greg) and son (Nate) team. Greg has 30 years experience as a business owner here in the Valley. Nate has extensive professional moving experience. Nate was tired of working for moving companies that ripped customers off and didn't treat employees with the respect they deserve. So the idea was born of creating a moving company that is affordable, trustworthy and treats the customers with the honesty they deserve. It was a great way for them to spend time together as well as exceeding the expectations of the customer's moving needs.

First class movers!! Came ready to work and got right to work! We were moving from two locations and they picked up from one location and then went to the second location and then unloaded at the new house. They disassembled/reassembled beds, lamps, BBQ, etc. This was my first time using movers and of course I heard every friends horror stories but Yelp came through for me once again and this was the best moving experience ever and gave us time and energy to focus on setting up our new home and enjoying it! The price and time estimates were right on, when went over by about 30 minutes but the charges were exactly as agreed up front, no surprises. Our belonging were treated with care!! Highly highly recommend!!

I decided to hire Bulwark based on all of the positive reviews. I wanted to hire a company who was trustworthy and efficient. The last moving company that I hired was two men and a truck. I thought they were rude and added fees that I was not aware of. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with Bulwark as well. There was one mover who was new. He was very nice and respectful but inexperienced. He lifted my TV stand wrong and it fell apart. It was a cheap TV stand but it fell apart because it was lifted by the top shelf not because it was cheap. I understand that he was new but I feel like I should get compensated for it somehow. I regret not inspecting the rest of my furniture before I signed off the paperwork. There is a large crack in one of my nice dressers. I have not inspected my furniture in my storage unit yet. I am afraid to look and be disappointed. It took one of the movers 10-15 minutes to write up my bill and I got charged for that time. I honestly don't think it is fair to get charged for the time to calculate my bill. When the movers got to my place, I took them up to the third floor and showed them my apartment. They didn't actually start moving my furniture/boxes until about 15-20 minutes after they arrived. I believe $90/hour to inspect and write a bill is expensive. I do want to mention that Caesar was professional, friendly and very competent. He worked hard to make sure everything fit in my storage unit. I am thankful that the company was able to move my stuff to my storage unit and to my house.

Look no further for an outstanding moving company that holds to it's quotes and standards! Casey, Caesar, Alan and Terrell were an unbelievable team in helping with my huge move with 2 trucks from a single story to a two story home. I was ready for a meltdown when they arrived because I wasn't fully packed. Casey assured me everything would be fine and they did a phenomenal job of getting it all done without ANY damages to furniture or appliances! We laughed and worked together as a team. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. Greg and Rowena were my first contacts and they did an outstanding job. I researched and learned about them on Google and on Yelp and they DID NOT disappoint!!!

This company is superior! I chose them because of the great impression they left when they moved our son. Always courteous, kind and willing to do whatever you need! Integrity, promptness and very hardworking! Our crew was Casey, Cesar, Alan and Andrew. Casey and Cesar run a tight and thorough crew. We had 2 trucks for our move. Arrived right on time. I hired Bulwark Moving Company to move me from a rental into my newly purchased home. I hired the company based solely on their Yelp reviews and they didn't disappoint! Alan, Chris, and Luis were the rockstar team of the day. They showed up 10 minutes early (love it!) and got straight to work. I felt like my brothers were moving me. They took extra precaution with my furniture, made sure everything was done the way I wanted, and were overall just the nicest people. They also packed up and moved everything in half the time that was quoted- which gave me more money to spend on decorating the new house!! I hope I don't have to move again for a long time, but when the time comes, I will use them again! Highly recommend. Thank you, Chris, Alan, and Luis. You guys made the moving process much less stressful than I expected!
