Paul and his crew have moved my family numerous times over the past 8 years and we couldn't be happier with them.  This is one fantastic company that you can trust!

Atlasta Moving Company is an incredible moving company. There is no other moving company as professional or proficient as Paul and his crew! We have a six bedroom home in Prescott that we decided to rent out un-furnished. First thing was to get all our furniture moved out and distributed between several other homes we own, two in Munds Park AZ (Flagstaff Area), and another one in Peoria AZ.  Included in the move was some very fragile items and a very endearing grandfather clock that needed special attention during the move. if your looking for a company like my wife and I were looking for -- with the Brains and Braun  "THESE ARE THE GUYS" Nothing was broken, everything was wrapped so perfectly and treated like it was their own. I can't say enough about how great these guys are. They went so out of their ways to please us, and in every aspect they succeeded

After getting the BBB involved in the damage claim we received a response from Atlasta Moving. Paul suggested he'd been ill with the flu, hadn't called due to the illness and apologized. He further admitted that his normal procedure would be to resolve the issue within 2 weeks of the move by either repairing, replacing or reimbursing for the damaged item(s). We had a very cordial conversation via phone and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction 100%. Having been a small business owner I understand the challenges and he understood that we were documenting the issue in case he didn't take care of our damage. I'm a firm believer that you can judge a person or a business not when they perform the best but with the efforts they make to resolve their mistakes. I'm very pleased with Paul's efforts and his resolution in the end and we would definitely call his company again in the future for another moving service.

This moving company used to be good, care about their customers and do a fine job moving a discounted price. Not anymore!!! (when you factor in their first hour charge and gas fees they are not so cheap compared to others)   I called this company as I had used them before and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately I will never use them again. Two men were sent for my move.  I was told that the movers would wrap everything in moving blankets on the truck, didn't happen. I was also told that if there was a scratch or damage on any of my things it would be pointed out to me, nothing was pointed out. I have an immaculate home and did not have any scratched or damaged items. After the move I did.  The movers took their time chatting with each other, making small talk with us every chance they got and moved everything out slowly.  I found out later I was their only job of the day and it seemed they wanted their full eight hours. When my furniture arrived there were several pieces of wood furniture that were deeply scratched and chipped. The men looked at the damage and said that must have been there before. I called the office and the rude woman told me that her men did not damage anything ever. This was a red flag to me that they want your business but do not want to be accountable. The final straw was later I found out one of the men gave a friend who was at the move their cell number after asking if they could call him if they needed side work done explaining it was only a matter of time before he got his personal truck back. Apparently the company also refuses to honor any kind of claims so it will be up to me to take the case to small claims to recover my losses. I am sure that I did save about 50.00 but it will cost more than that to fix my furniture.
