Losers, Incompetent, Carless... Oh My.  I so wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp before hiring this ridiculous company.  Shame on me for not doing my homework.  WHAT'S THE WORST THING YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR A MOVING COMPANY TO DO TO A CUSTOMER?  Break something of value?  NOPE.  Nickel and dime you to death?  WRONG.  Steal your belongings? NO.  The worst thing imaginable is for me to take off work, book the move three weeks in advance, confirm with them one week in advance only to have them NO SHOW- NO CALL!  That's right.  Arizona Movers and Storage booked me for a move from 8AM to 10AM 2/24/17 and called the day before to move me to Noon.  Then the day of the move they didn't show, didn't call me, didn't bother to do a damn thing.  For those of you who've used them before, you know why they won't be in business very long.  I will strap a fridge to my back and climb three stories in the dead of of summer before I would hire anyone associated with this Godforsaken outfit.  DONT WALK AWAY... RUN.  Unbelievable.  Well, not really.  There are people all over the world who don't give a damn about others, who don't even have enough common decency to communicate when they royally screw up.  I guess you just don't expect it from a business.  Thanks for wasting my time and costing me money and putting me in a horrible position of having to find other means of moving with such short notice.  I try not to celebrate the misery of others but when you go out of business I will toast to your pathetic existence and appropriate demise.

OK, here we go again Folks, there is a common theme here, and its called Shrink Wrap!We called a nice lady named Tilly, for a moving quote, for 3 men, and a truck. We were quoted appx 381.00, for 2 hrs which seemed fine. 1. Arrived late 9:55 (driver stated to office arrived 9:40)2.Shrink wrapped all furniture (did not ask or know, about the 40.00 per roll charge,  repeat was not revealed!) and specially, told driver not to, its old furniture, does need it.3.Finished early, (again driver tried to charge for 3 hrs, not agreed and done 2 hrs)4. Final total 615.00 = Appx 200.00 over5. Called office, again spoke to Tilly, explained did not authorize shrink wrap, and was not told how much per roll it costs but because the material were used, we had to pay. Then I was hung up on, by Tilly. 6. Called back asked for manager Tilly or Danielle, and was told they were manager, that they could only authorize 450.00, so obviously you are not the manager, so give me the personwho is the manager! Magically its down to 400.00 cash.7. Also ,Folks, they say you can you can pay with credit cards, but driver stated cash only,***Oh yeah, we were told the credit card machine was down.8. Shrink wrapped furniture, was unloaded with out removal.In conclusion, You have been warned, Do no not use this service, just call around, pay, 20.00 more, its going to save you, time effort and frustration, and a 20 minute stand off.

Absolutely terrible experience.  When I called them, they lied and told me they had personnel experienced in moving grandfather clocks, and charged me $270.00.  When they came to move the clock, it was totally apparent that these two men had no idea about the measures to be taken, but managed to get the weights and pendulum removed.  Upon arrival to the new location, they were unable to re-attach the pendulum and I had to call a clock company to come and reattach the pendulum.  The moving company graciously took $13.00 off the bill to defray the cost of the clock guy..  Clock guy cost $125.00.  When the clock man came he said it was obvious that the clock had fallen over backwards in transit and much of the internal mechanism was bent toward the back. I contacted the moving company and they were totally unwilling to  give me anything in the way of compensation.  After threat of lawsuit, they said they would file a claim for the "industry standard" of 60 cents per pound if I submitted written proof from the clock man of the damage.  Assuming the clock weighs 150 pounds, they would allow me $100, maybe.  DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR BELONGINGS!!!!

Absolutely awful company!! I will never come back here again! The women in the front office give you wrong information, they don't tell you all of the 'extra' charges, and the movers try to scam extra money out of you after they finish. Everyone and everything about this company is downright shady. I've never had worse customer service EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

I found this company on Living Social because I needed a cost effective way to help me move into my new apartment, and since all of my friends were out of town I needed movers. When I called initially the office ladies seemed to have no idea how to process a living social coupon. They finally figured it out and gave me a quote on the size of truck I would need. The day the movers got there, the first thing they did was complain because the company did not send them with a big enough truck and they tried to blame me for that. I really only needed help moving my big furniture and I don't have a lot. They did wrap my furniture and disassembled what they needed to but they had to use my tools and they were not at all careful. I noticed later they were in such a hurry they put my vanity together wrong and they broke 2 legs of of my dresser. Since it was a short distance move I thought 3 hours and 2 movers would be plenty of time and man power, but they complained to me about the company not reimbursing them for the drive from Phoenix to Casa Grande (where I lived...I moved only a mile away)  and they suggested I should tip them for the drive. They also added to my receipt that if they had to take longer than 3 hours it would be an additional $130/hour, the office ladies made no mention of this in my original quote. To make matter more awkward one of the movers said like it looked like it would take longer because he was being nice enough to put my vanity and bed together (which was part of the original quote mind you) but they would not charge me for extra time if "I took care of them with a tip".  I thought this was weird but I did tip them each $20 because I felt bad they had to move all my stuff in the AZ heat. Then it got even weirder....after they finished moving my stuff and they left I got a call on my cell phone from one of the movers. Apparently, the 2 guys had an argument because one tried to keep the entire tip and he left him at a gas station! He demanded that I call the office and complain about it! Why would he involve me? I did call the office and they were not at all concerned, just told me that "yeah we have had that problem with these guys before"! Are you kidding me? Why would they send them to my house? I am a single girl and stuff like that makes me worried for my safety. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! BOTH THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE MOVERS ARE TERRIBLE!
