If I could give Arizona Movers and Storage 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They caused $770 worth of damage to the vinyl flooring in our apartment, our couch was ripped (despite paying an extra $80 for the plastic shrink wrap), they dinged the freshly painted walls in multiple spots, and one mover lied about there being a "mandatory 30% fee." Due to the stressful and hectic situation of moving, we did not call or look at the paperwork until after the fact. At the end of the move, 30% was an extra $120 cash right into the mover's pocket. $120 that was stolen from us because there is no such thing as a mandatory tip fee. On top of that, one mover was constantly complaining, saying over and over how "this s**t is f***ing ridiculous" as he was moving our belongings into the apartment. The company initially responded to my complaint email but after refusing their $150 refund (when it will cost $772.81 to fix the floor) is when the real headache of dealing with this company began. It took months to try to get anywhere with them and after many no returned phone calls and emails, I was given a final offer by the manager: $150 for the damaged floor and $120 for the stolen tip money. I was also informed that particular mover was fired. I still was not happy with the amount of money they were willing to offer but I was told that if every company offered to fix the damages done by movers, no one would be in business. At this point, I posted many negative reviews because I was disgusted with how a business can get away with this. The very next day, I received a phone call from the manager and was told that she dropped my refund check in the mail but she asked that I delete my negative reviews. I was going to do that once I received the refund check but that check never came. The manager lied and never actually mailed the check so I never deleted my reviews, obviously. Thus, came more negative reviews. Around this time, I got the Arizona Attorney General's Office involved but it just became a "he said, she said" game. In Arizona Movers and Storage's official statement to the Attorney General's Office they pointed the finger at me and said that I am making a joke out of this, trying to get my friends involved (who responded on their own free will to my negative review on their Facebook page, I did not prompt anyone to do that.) The moving company also said that I did not hold up my end of the bargain (by not deleting the reviews.) In the last sentence of the statement they said and I quote, "We made an agreement and until her side of it has been fulfilled we are not going to fulfill ours." To hold up my end of the "bargain," I deleted all of my negative reviews on multiple sites. I posted a five star review on their Facebook page and they immediately responded with, "We will follow up on this first thing Monday morning." I thanked them but over three weeks went by and they never followed up and just ignored me...again. I am tired of playing this game and all of my negative reviews are going to be posted again. I should never have taken them down in the first place, I am not going to try and negotiate with a company that truly cares so little. I am not doing this to spite them, I just want everyone to see what kind of company this really is. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and I have never been given an ultimatum to get the money back that I deserve. My best word of advice, do your research before hiring movers! I just hope this helps other unsuspecting people, do not hire Arizona Movers and Storage. *If I ever actually receive the refund check I will be happy to update this review.*

I was told over the phone that our move wouldn't take any more than 4 hours with 4 men and 2 trucks. We figured with their ridiculous fuel charge that we would still be under $700. I asked on the phone if they use shrink wrap. Yep we do. Wasn't told there would be a charge for that until Benny, the driver, told me as we were sitting down to settle up. I asked Benny at the house if he thought it would talk longer then 4 hours. "Oh no, we'll get this done in 4". Hhhmmm, 8.5 hours later and a $1,694.52 bill, they were done. My son in law, who moves appliances for a living, told them to take the refrigerator handle off before bringing it into our new house as to not scratch the door,  but Benny boy said they do this all the time and it would be fine. Nope, wasn't fine. Dinged and dented the crap out of our brand new door. Benny asked us not to write it on the receipt. Sneaky little jerk. So, I call the office the next day and am told that the customer person is not in. Called two more times and am told that the customer service employee doesn't have a schedule and that they "just come in when they want". WHAT!!!! Called again today and was told that they only offer basic liability and they'd send me a $50 check! Wow, that should cover repairing the door, thanks. I work as a real estate agent and I will make sure to let everyone that I know, clients and every other agent I can talk to, that this company is a scam and to not use them. I just wonder how people like this sleep at night.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE. They damaged my belongings. I filed a claim 2 months ago and im still battling with them. Im going to have to contact my attorney out of principal.I swear by anything holy to just avoid this awful company and the terrible employee behind the phone. Just use any other company. Save yourself the headache. Also wicked over priced. Just saying.

Company Stole several thousand dollars worth of watches from me then never returned my calls for months,  still have never spoke to the owner. They offered me $200, for the watches, which is just an insult. They won't even reimburse me for the move ($475). I call them several times a week and the front desk says the owner will call me back but he never does. I even tell them that I've been asking for months and they just tell me they will pass along the message, still have not spoken to him. The employees are extremely unprofessional, even smoking on the clock. They overcharged me, and were very slow.  They do not accept credit cards despite what the website says and what the owners responses are in the posts below.
