The Worst!I waited 9 hours for them to show up. I kept calling every two hours and was told "they're fixing a truck just running a bit behind we haven't forgotten about you." I was understanding for the first 5 hours of waiting. We ended up moving things in the dark.I called and asked for a discount and the manager gave me a discount on gas for my trouble. That discount = $9 in savings. Are you kidding me?The drivers smelled of weed. Cursed at eachother while they scraped my couch along the floor.Not that I wasn't planning on helping, but they expected me to help. And I was moving at a much quicker pace than they were. They reeked of weed which would explain the snail pace.I was told "hopefully we don't lose you because my phone is about to die." Before we left for the second location. That's terrific.The company doesn't even provide them water! Thankfully I had a glass unpacked for one of them.I understand accidents happen like a truck breaking down. But the poor communication and clearly lack of customer appreciation is horrendous. $9 discount on a $250 totaled job? That's less than 5% of a discount for them being 9 HOURS LATE. The utter lack of professionalism I experienced was extraordinary.

This is the worst experience with movers in have ever had. They were several hours late,  put several holes in the walls and broke my dresser. And when I called it called the home office they were extremely rude and told me to just file a claim and someone should contact you within 10 business days.

I wish I would have read Yelp before hiring AZ movers and I would have definitely chosen someone else.I should have known this was going to a nightmare when the first guy showed up in jeans. It's 110 outside and he's wearing jeans!?!2 of the 3 were extremely slow. I felt so bad for the 3rd guy because he did his best to hussle. The first two even told him to slow down. Excuse me? I'm paying you by the hour and you tell your staff to slow down? The first 2, their attitude was as if they were being asked to move a mansion instead of a small apartment. They were less than thrilled to be doing the move and it was uncomfortable at times. They were NOT gentle with my stuff, dropped it, chipped two chairs, banged up my mirror, drug my BRAND NEW mattress across the dirty sidewalk,  damaged both of my end tables, chipped my ottoman and dropped my tv console. Basically, everything they touched now has a gash in it and 90% of my furniture was purchased within the last year. Lastly, my bill is WAY over what I was quoted. They arrived at 8am and left at 11am-that's 3 hours right? Well, I was charged for 4. Then, on top of that charged the trip charge. (Which I was aware of but why are you hitting me in the hours and the trip charge?!?!) Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me for two rolls of plastic wrap. Clearly they didn't wrap any of my belongings or I wouldn't be writing this review. When I questioned it, the ring leader crossed it off but then charged me anyway. In the end, my stuff was damaged, their attitude sucked and I was over charged. Way to make a stressful move even worse. STAY AWAY!!!!

My mother ( 70 years old ) hired this company to move her from Avondale to Estrella Mountain last week.  The move took WAY longer than it ever should have  due to the crew leader spending half the time on his cell phone.  When the move came to a close they presented a bill for $1150 when it should have been closer to $700.  The crew leader insisted she give them each a $100 cash tip and when she refused they slammed the truck doors shut with some of her things still on the truck and left.  To date.... she still has not recovered her things.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible service, my wife and I recently moved our stuff from this businesses storage unit we rented.The manager Daniele took a week to get movers to reassemble our bed but left the drawers that were supposed to be attatched to the bed off.When asked to finish the Job, Salam said "it's not my job" and left without any second consideration.Salam was also very rude to me personally on the phone saying "it's very inconvenient for me to come out there, I'm not even getting paid." The bottom line is we paid for a job that did not get finished, but what can you expect from some lazy bums.
