They assigned a driver in a few hours. He arrived Monday morning and he was supposed to ship my car by friday. Called Day 4 (Thursday) and was told that the truck broke down but operator didn't know where. Called back Day 6 (Saturday) and was told that the driver would arrive Monday afternoon. He actually arrived Monday evening without any notice, but the car looked OK. At the end of the day, I was just glad to have my baby in a good shape.

My rep handled everything very professionally but I feel like there was minimal contact from the driver. It kind of feels like he picks your vehicle up and then forgets about you. To the company's credit, they never raised the price and worked within my timeframe.

Ampm gave us an estimated day of picking up our 2 cars on friday 6/10/2016. Cars were not picked up on the contracted day Customer service contacted us the day of scheduled car pick up stating that they can't pick up the cars. Contract stated that they should be able to pick up within 48 hours of contracted date. customer service rep was rude and didn't know what was in the contract. The soonest they were able to pick up the car was in 5 days which didn't work because we are moving out of the state. I was on hold for a supervisor from 2-5 pm on friday afternoon with continuous promise that they are trying to resolve the issue. Business was not able to deliver what the contract promises. we left stranded trying to find another company to ship our cars on the weekend. Ampm transport refused to cover the cost resulted in trying to get a pick up date with another company on a weekend causing us financial and emotional distress.
