The worst movers! Same experience as you see above..kept increasing price, holding my things in hostage!!
Would not let me see the rental unit, they closed the door and rushed out. I have started unpacking this week,
4 lamps, 2 end tables, my grill, glass shelves for cabinet, my Santa Collectable all missing. To top it off, they broke my adjustable bed, worth 7000$, Now one side will not rise. They also damaged my Bombay Chest, which was in pristine condition , I have had for 35 years.. absolutely sickening.

Not only did the charged price increase to $140 more than the quoted/agreed price, the mover actually stole my Specialized Bicycle. He did this by running out,very hurriedly, after only accepting cash payment, no other form of payment and without leaving a receipt, last but not least, without giving me an opportunity to view the truck to verify all of my belongings were moved out. Please learn from my mistake and do no use this service, they are also listed on Craigslist, (should have been a big clue for me, right there) for $49.99 per hour charge.One more thing I found out after the fact, the very thing I allowed them to borrow( A moving Dolly), they stole. Hope it comes in handy, cuz it certainly did for this owner.

This was the worst experience with any company I have ever had!  I called them, set up an appointment for my move, they text me my confirmation arrival time of 8:00-10:00am.  On the day of my move, I finally called them at 10:45 to see what the delay was, his response "oh, that was today?"  He asked me if I had the confirmation, and I said yes, you text it to me, you should have it also.  He then said oh yes, I have it, I cant do it now but I can get someone to help and do it later.  He said he would come at 5pm.  At 5:15 I called once again to see if he was coming, there was no answer.  I received a text at 5:45 stating "I got job in my hand so we come to and move you first thing in morning".  Needless to say I wasn't sure if I should take his word for it and asked he would be at my place at 8am or did I need to contact another mover.  He replied "I'm sorry for all the inconvenience, defiantly will be there."  At 8:35am, I called when he didn't show again, no answer, I sent a text, still no answer, I never heard from him at all, even after I called and left a message that I would be reporting him to the BBB if he didn't bother to try to make this good.  Bottom line, AAA Movers cost me an additional $1100.00 in fees and additional costs for late and last minute movers.  Do yourself a favor and get someone reliable.-Sharon
