Incredibly rude customer service. I called for a question and estimate and they hung up on me.

This company should be avoided at all costs. They gave a lowball quote for 3 movers for enough time to do a move. But when they show up, they have 2 movers and a guy who just sits there. He doesn't stay with the truck and load/unload the back, he just sits there. They are intentionally slow, since they are per hour and they don't send as many movers as they say they will, this becomes a problem. But most importantly, when it comes time to unload, they load up the hours, have many additional charges that clearly could have been included in the quote (but were not), and then if you tell them that is not what the quote was, they will hold your stuff hostage (they really did this!). Use another mover, they may be more expensive up front, but you don't know how much these guys will try and gouge you at delivery time. They also keep many company names, clearly they want to keep a low profile given how they operate; any quality company would want it to be clear who they are.
